Hotel was beautiful, location nice and quiet, food was delicious. Apartment was very spacious, lots of activities for kids and big kids. Reception although we didn't need to ask was always happy to help, Marina especially for taking us to our apartment when we arrived late. Well done Protur for a excellent 3 night break. Its about 10 minute walk to cala bona town which is full of restaurants and bars/shops and about 20 mins to cala millor with a beautiful beach, its worth a extra walk just for the beach. Sometimes reviews can be a little exaggerated but this is a true, the beds are 😖 awful rock hard it is like sleeping on concrete. Cocktails are a NO barman charged us for 2 pina coladas!!! Honestly I've used better for the 🚻 loo awful!!!! And we went All inclusive. I then downloaded the bar drinks on the app and found what's included in All inclusive and what you have to pay for. Extra pillows ask at reception who will always help you.

This hotel is exceptional value for money. It's a fairly large resort with 5 swimming pools, including indoor and a pirate ship slide one. The water is unheated so it can be a little cold. The food, especially dinner was fantastic and we enjoyed all of our meals. The beach is just a few minutes walk including strip of the usual tourist shops and mini supermarkets. The area feels quiet and safe, and the children enjoyed the mini disco and entertainment. The football pitch next to evening entertainment was great for keeping the older kids busy. The evening entertainment was all outside so bad weather could spoil it. I'd recommend mosquito spray although we didn't get bitten anywhere near as badly as we did when visiting Menorca and there weren't any in the two apartments we had. The hotel is not luxury but for the price it's unbeatable. We went back for the second time because we liked the laid back feel, all the space and the feeling that our children were safe there. We didn't use the kids club this time but it's on for a couple of times a day for 2 hours approx and from age 4+. There are a lot of caves in the area and we visited the caves d'arta which were amazing and well worth the entrance fee. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the apartments were clean. The cleaners come round 5 days a week. The only thing that could be improved was choice of snacks between meal time as they were extremely limited but we rarely needed as we ate so well at meal times , a couple of days we missed lunch, as we were out, and the limited choice in the afternoon was a little disappointing, overall not a big deal. Air con in the apartments was OK. Reception was very helpful the couple of times we went to them. There is a laundry room, two huge washing machines, 3 euros if you took your own washing detergent and 4 euros to dispense it's own product, the large capacity dryer was also 3 euros.

There was a group of hens including a very noisy rooster that was extremely vocal from the early hours onwards. I did get disturbed by it a few times staying in the bedroom facing the back block D where they wandered around. My children slept in the lounge and didn't hear it. The beach had a lot of dried up and rotten seaweed and wasn't the nicest, I'd recommend a hire car, Sa Coma beach only 10 mins drive was huge and absolutely stunning pale sand beach with clear shallow waters for children.

Exceeded expectations. Beautifully kept grounds, clean and very well maintained. A broad variety of food at mealtimes. The staff were were absolutely wonderful. Amazing with the children and couldn't do enough for us. Great pools and ideal location. Probably best for smaller children - ours are 2 and 4. Not sure there's enough to occupy older kids.

Kid's entertainment is very repetitive. Literally the exact same show for 9 nights. But the staff's enthusiasm and interactions with the children cannot be faulted!

We really liked the hotel, the staff was very friendly, the territory is beautiful and large, the rooms are large, we did not cook in the room, but the kitchen had everything you need to cook. The food in the hotel was delicious and quite varied (except for breakfast and fruit). There was plenty to choose from: many types of fish, meat, side dishes, desserts. Very tasty ice cream. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Cala Bona beach. 25 minutes to Cala Milor beach. We really liked both beaches. Large embankment, there is where to walk. The animation team is unobtrusive. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Every morning we were woken up by roosters

The hotel definitely deserves more than 3 stars. Comparing with many 4 star hotels it has to offer much more and the one never feels bored here. I can start with the room/apartment that was really really good and spacious. We basically had everything that we needed there. Then continue with the food and drinks included in the all-inclusive offer which was incredibly good. And ending with the stuff that were so friendly and helpful. I personally enjoyed every moment staying in this hotel. One of the best things are their bikes that they offer to borrow for free with some deposit, honestly that really helps to explore and move around little bit easier. Many better rated hotels should take an example from them and follow that practice. 😊

- Beautifull resort, clean and spacious rooms with big balcony - You can always find free sunbeds near pools. - Food was great, a lot to choose from, tastefull. - Personell was always helpfull and nice. - Great coctail drinks. Only 3 for free in all inclusive, but tasty. Beer was also good. - You can use washing machine there

- screaming kids everywhere. When you want calm meal or time next to the pool this hotel is not for you. We had only calm and quite dinner when they invited us to their italian restaurant where the food was even better than the regular one. You get one free invitation when you stay more than 5 days. - you can rent the bike for free, just 10€ deposit, but they are in absolutelly terrible state. I think it is even dangerous to use them. - nice beach was far away. There is Cala bona beach which was rocky and not clean. We were going to Cala Millor beach which was quite full, 20min away, but nice and clean. - coffee from the machines was terrible

Great kids swimming pool, property well maintained, great size of bedrooms, indoor swimming pool, decent food for the price. In general lovely staff, always welcoming and friendly with a smile in their faces. Mini club, kids disco, good option for staying with kids.

After a few days food was quite repetitive and it was not great options for vegetarians, mini disco kinda same every night, could have more variety of kids entertainment. We also missed a kids playground close to main area.

The staff was very helpful everywhere. We loved the variety of food throughout the week, and the restaurant and bar staff always cleaned the tables promptly. The selection and cleanliness of pools were very good.

The repetition of kids show in the evenings wasn't our favourite. The pools' and breakfast opening hours could start earlier. It would be better if the ice creams and desserts were located somewhere less visible, as that was the first thing the kids saw and refused to eat anything else.

Just as pictured. Several pools, lots of space. Good location near shops. Gardens well maintained with some beautiful flowers. Room cleaned regularly and cleaner so friendly and welcoming. Staff couldn’t have worked harder. Mealtimes ran like a well oiled machine! Great selection of food. Entertainment adequate and good for kids. Our son enjoyed the nightly mini disco. We took several day trips all within about 30 mins drive- stunning beaches, pretty towns, castles, Sunday market, points of interest. Never visited Mallorca before and although it is touristville you can still get some delicious authentic food out and about.

There could have been more recycling bins around for the paper cups. Other residents smoking on their way back to their rooms at night time and leaving cigarette buts near the entrance to the blocks- not sure what the hotel can do about it but just wanted to flag it! I would say it was all swept and cleaned promptly.

Location, beautiful resort, nice food, nice calm friendly staff.

As a family resort mainly for families with small kids, you have to be prepared to listen to babyshark and few other kids song every evening blasting on full volume. Kids love it but it’s painfull after a while…
