Facilities were brilliant. Both pools were perfect. Loads of space and enjoyed the free drinks taps. The staff made our holiday. The bar staff were fun and really friendly. The entertainers were also brilliant. Our son loved the magic carpet they brought out to the pool every afternoon. The cleaning staff were also excellent and had our room fresh every day. We were really happy with the food. Tasty and good variety. Was also really convenient, especially as we had a toddler with us. Good location also. Just a short walk to the beach and town.

While the rooms were nice, spacious and clean, the beds were quite hard to- woke up with a sore back and few mornings. Was slightly disappointed that indoor pool was closed. It was really hot out and it would have been a good way to keep the kids in out of the heat for a bit.

Hotel was made up of separate blocks but close together. We stayed in the one that had the snooker and table tennis tables with it's own pool which was closed off the whole time we were there due to it needing cleaned which was a bit annoying. Rooms are spotlessly clean and a good size although basic and slightly dated but bathrooms are modern and come with a hairdryer. We used the other pool at the bar across the road, drinks and cocktails were good, bar staff were nice and friendly. Although you get a wi-fi password from receptioni it didn't work great.. Some children's entertainment but not much for adults. The dining room is clean and the staff are always working hard but there are notices on alot of the tables that you can't sit there and as a group of 12 when we could manage to get one of the 2 big tables half the chairs on one side were right up against the wall so it was a hassle to get out and in, that's fine if you are being served but not for self service buffet. Food was plentiful and you could always find something, nice touch with the beer and wine taps. Shops were a 5/10 minute walk away depending where you were going. Aldi close by. The lovely beach is a 10 minute walk away but it was very busy with a hire fee of €14 for 2 sunbeds and a canopy which if you were going their for a full day was good. There are glass bottom boat trips for around €45 and jet skiing €100 for 25 mins or €175 for the sunset tour that lasts around 1 1/2 hours which someone in our group went on and said it was amazing., The pedal boat hire was closed for the season. Transfer to and from airport is over an hour maybe longer in heavy traffic.

Large rooms, we had a balcony suite! Great service by friendly staff who offered efficient service with a smile! Good selection of food. Plenty of sun beds. Nice size pool, has separate kiddies part of the pool. It’s in a good location as only a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Enjoyed the nightly entertainment at the hotel, they have a great entertainment team!

There was a good choice of food for all meals and the location was only a short stroll to the beach. Entertainment for the children was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A lot of the food in the restaurant was not as hot as it should have been e.g. hash browns and chips. The sunbeds appeared to be very dirty and the lift was not big enough for families and the door closed too quickly.

Food for breakfast, lunch and dinner were always diffrent and very tasty, A lot of diffrent options: for kids, cold and hot dishes, salads, chees, lot's of diffrent cakes and froots. All staff are very pleasant and ready to support. Bar has a lot of different alcohol and non alchohol drinks.

Furniture in the rooms look's like antic and some drawers were difficult to open/close.

Wine. The wine that was part of the all inclusive package with simply terrible, which is a shame in a wine country like Spain.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our flight was really late but still they let us use facilities until we leave the hotel. Cleaning service was very quick - we would leave for breakfast and our room was cleaned straight after. Food was good but breakfasts could be a little bit better. Great location. Room was very big and on the ground floor so very close to the bar straight from our patio.

Bed was really uncomfortable. We were waking up with back pain every morning 🥴

As my partner has ceoliac disease we feel there could have been more gluten free options and what was available could have been signed/labelled better, some kitchen staff, whether through language barrier or some other reason didn't engage with us when asked about options. Restaurant was extremely busy at all meal times so we understood that the resturant staff were under pressure to turn tables while maintaining the excellent cleanliness level and so couldn't take too much time with us
