I was absolutely amazed by the hospitality of the entire hotel staff. The team is simply outstanding – professional, warm, and attentive – and they provided service of truly exceptional quality. Special thanks go to the kitchen staff for their incredibly delicious meals – every dish was a delight. The housekeeping team also deserves praise: very polite and respectful, and the room was spotlessly clean. The bedding was crisp and fresh, and everything shone with cleanliness. The location of the hotel is another huge advantage – just steps away from all the necessary infrastructure, including the beach, a large supermarket, and excellent public transport connections. It was easy to travel to Palma even late at night and return to Cala Millor without any hassle. This hotel fully deserves the highest rating.

Stayed at the hotel in pre season, price / quality ratio is unbeatable. Restaurant was great, we had half board + included during our stay (+ includes drinks for both breakfast and diner). Plenty of dishes to chose from and great quality (better than 80% of restaurants that I've visited). Outdoor area is excellent, clean, green, and fenced off so you don't have to worry about your kids. Rooms are decent size with detached bedroom and small kitchen, bathroom was clean and it is cleaned 5 times a week.

Rooms are clean but could use a little refreshing furniture wise.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Parking was on the street but it was easy to find a spot, and all the staff were welcoming and extremely friendly. Although we arrived after the restaurant had closed, the receptionist kindly offered to arrange some dinner for us upon noticing we were traveling with a child. We didn't take up the offer, as we saw a pizzeria just across the street that served food until 11 PM, but the gesture was much appreciated. The animation team did a great job engaging both kids and adults, ensuring everyone had a good time. The hotel was mostly occupied by families with children and featured a playground and a sports area. We didn’t use the gym, but it was available for guests. The food was excellent, with the buffet offering a wide variety of main courses and desserts. One downside is that the building is quite acoustically sensitive, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard. Fortunately, our neighbors were quiet and respectful. The housekeeping staff were discreet and thorough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already decided to return next year.

One downside is that the bedroom windows in building number 2 face the inner hallway, where sound tends to echo noticeably. I can’t speak for buildings 1 and 3, as I didn’t stay in those.

We had a lovely stay! The staff were extremely friendly, and that was definitely the best part of our experience – they made us feel very welcome. The food was correct with a good variety to choose from every day. It was a pity that the indoor pool was closed*, as we were really looking forward to using it. As for the kids' animation, it could be improved, although Damaris did a fantastic job and truly stood out with her energy and kindness. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

My girlfriend has coeliac disease, and the staff were really helpful and gave her options to eat safely at every meal, which is really rare to find in restaurants. Plus, the location is very good, and the value for money is incredible.

The wifi was not connecting from our room, which was not ideal. Also, the bedroom being faced towards the building hallway, does not give you much light, neither much privacy.

We really enjoyed our stay! The food was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean. We stayed with our children (aged 1 and 3), and it was perfect for families – there was a playground and a mini disco for the little ones. A baby cot was kindly provided for our youngest. We’re already dreaming of coming back

Meal in restaurant was EXTREMELY good. Various, yummy and fresh. Three pools: two big, one for kids. Animation programm was daily, for children too. Attention! The hotel consists of four buildings, the fourth one is located in another street, so that you should walk about 3-4 minutes to get the main building with the restaurant. In fact it is another hotel, which belongs to the main one. For somebody it is good because all is quiet there. For the others it could be a problem. My family was accommodated in the fourth building, it was not good for us, and in the next day the hotel without any problems changed our room.

The hotel is located not so close to the beach. Internet-connection was bad everywhere except of the main building.

Great facilities, specially for families with children to keep them busy and entertained. Lovely pool areas . Super close to the beach and all amenities. Breakfast and dinner full of delicious foods. Lovely staff . Thank you, had an amazing time

It was not that much of a big deal but shower cabin could have been with a longer glass or something to avoid water going on the floor . Also possibility to do laundry would be ideal

Clean swimming pools. Wide choice of dishes, but after 7 days breakfasts start to get monotonous. A lot of public parking places around the hotel.

- The rooms are clean for a start, but during longer stays they are not cleaned in between. The service is limited to changing towels, cleaning the bathroom, while in the rooms only the beds are made up. - Quality of the coffee served for a breakfast could be better...

BREAKFAST AND ALL RESTAURANT WERE SUPERB. I liked everything being organised well and clean. Only thing could be better was coffee but i am italian so ... Difficult to find good coffee outside italy(only albania perhaps...). Everything from the pools to the kindergarden and activities for them was super relaxing for us.

Position was not the best maybe bcs 5-10 minutes walking to the beach, and with kids not the best. But they had everything to make you forget this.
