Right in front, the staff. Reception and kitchen service staff were realy friendly. Big pool area, Lifeguard to keep an eye on things. Realy friendly. Daytime and evening shows for the children and parents too. Many activity games. Clean rooms. AC worked wonders. In building 1, nice view of the pool area and of the mountains and Cala Millor from the other side. 10 minute walk to the beach.

One time we didn't recieved the right room cleaning service. The room walls are, i presume, not that thick. We herd the neighbours talk. The bed itself was a little not that confortable, but ok. !! What was REALY a big deal, since our son has food alergies, the kitchen had NO allergen list !! Dough the kitchen staff was realy friendly and helpfull they didn't spoke or understood that well english. So we had difficulty explaining things.

I have to start this review with the AMAZING STAFF, from the tall reception lady (German? Can’t remember her name) who did our check in and told us all about the hotel and had snacks for us at 3am, to the lovely team at the restaurant (Samuel, Irene y mas), lovely team from the bar (Sr Tomas, Cristiano y Fouad) and to the entertainment staff (Damaris y las chicas). We stayed at the 1st building, The 1 bed flat was fine for us, loved the rain shower in the bathroom, the beds were very comfortable and the sofa bed too! The entertainment varied every evening, awesome belly dancing, the quizzes, karaoke etc, for the kids they had a mini disco (30min), during day time activities such as colouring, games, badminton, volleyball. Food at the restaurant was good and varied every evening , I would suggest a bit more veggie options. The hotel is 10min away from the beach and LIDL supermarket, perfect for stocking up or grabbing a snack. La pasamos muy bien y gracias a todos por su contribución para que los huéspedes disfruten!

The only think I can suggest is that the swimming pool could have been descending and not straight 1.8m, for the younger kids.

A great hotel with comfortable rooms and a very good location: close to the sea, various restaurants, and a supermarket. There was also an Italian restaurant next door. We dined at the hotel, and all the food and drinks were very tasty. The pools were nice and clean — two deep for adults and one for children. There were also opportunities to play different sports on the hotel grounds or go to the gym. The hotel offered entertainment programs for both children and adults. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

The kitchen stove in the room was a bit strange. In the bathroom, there was only liquid hand soap and a body wash in the shower — no separate shower gel or shampoo. The staff weren’t very helpful with some of the questions we had: for example, when we needed a thermometer to check a temperature, they just told us to buy one at a pharmacy; when we asked about a transfer, they only pointed out where the bus stop was and where to find taxis in town. However, none of this had a negative impact on our overall stay.

I was absolutely amazed by the hospitality of the entire hotel staff. The team is simply outstanding – professional, warm, and attentive – and they provided service of truly exceptional quality. Special thanks go to the kitchen staff for their incredibly delicious meals – every dish was a delight. The housekeeping team also deserves praise: very polite and respectful, and the room was spotlessly clean. The bedding was crisp and fresh, and everything shone with cleanliness. The location of the hotel is another huge advantage – just steps away from all the necessary infrastructure, including the beach, a large supermarket, and excellent public transport connections. It was easy to travel to Palma even late at night and return to Cala Millor without any hassle. This hotel fully deserves the highest rating.

Stayed at the hotel in pre season, price / quality ratio is unbeatable. Restaurant was great, we had half board + included during our stay (+ includes drinks for both breakfast and diner). Plenty of dishes to chose from and great quality (better than 80% of restaurants that I've visited). Outdoor area is excellent, clean, green, and fenced off so you don't have to worry about your kids. Rooms are decent size with detached bedroom and small kitchen, bathroom was clean and it is cleaned 5 times a week.

Rooms are clean but could use a little refreshing furniture wise.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Parking was on the street but it was easy to find a spot, and all the staff were welcoming and extremely friendly. Although we arrived after the restaurant had closed, the receptionist kindly offered to arrange some dinner for us upon noticing we were traveling with a child. We didn't take up the offer, as we saw a pizzeria just across the street that served food until 11 PM, but the gesture was much appreciated. The animation team did a great job engaging both kids and adults, ensuring everyone had a good time. The hotel was mostly occupied by families with children and featured a playground and a sports area. We didn’t use the gym, but it was available for guests. The food was excellent, with the buffet offering a wide variety of main courses and desserts. One downside is that the building is quite acoustically sensitive, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard. Fortunately, our neighbors were quiet and respectful. The housekeeping staff were discreet and thorough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already decided to return next year.

One downside is that the bedroom windows in building number 2 face the inner hallway, where sound tends to echo noticeably. I can’t speak for buildings 1 and 3, as I didn’t stay in those.

We had a lovely stay! The staff were extremely friendly, and that was definitely the best part of our experience – they made us feel very welcome. The food was correct with a good variety to choose from every day. It was a pity that the indoor pool was closed*, as we were really looking forward to using it. As for the kids' animation, it could be improved, although Damaris did a fantastic job and truly stood out with her energy and kindness. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

Was very cosy family atmosphere, staff was very friendly and helpful, clean rooms and well maintained outdoor area. Restaurant food was good and varied . Overall we were happy with our stay

The only thing i was not happy about was internet, even was advertising as HIGH SPEED INTERNET. In room was no signal at all, outside minimum signal, only reception was ok . So i ended up with high bill for my data roaming :(

Great hotel for families – highly recommended! This hotel is perfect for families. The surroundings and staff are very friendly and helpful, creating a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, and drinks (sodas, wine, and beer) were included in half board. The whole hotel is non-smoking, and there's also a gym. Both pools are quite deep – one is 1.80 m and the other is 2.20 m. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it!

My girlfriend has coeliac disease, and the staff were really helpful and gave her options to eat safely at every meal, which is really rare to find in restaurants. Plus, the location is very good, and the value for money is incredible.

The wifi was not connecting from our room, which was not ideal. Also, the bedroom being faced towards the building hallway, does not give you much light, neither much privacy.
