The hotel was clean and close to the Cala Millor Beach. The staff were friendly and always eager to help. Our room was cleaned every day.

We had a room which had a “secret door” to another room. Basically, our room was separated by a thin door from another room where loudly smoking family lived. I didn’t really like such experience as I wanted some privacy just to sleep and get rested, and it was impossible as we had such room. We also forced to breathe cigarette smoke every morning, as apparently the family from another door smoke in the morning and it was awful.

responsive and very good staff, very clean hotel which is located close to the beach. swimming pool on the 5th floor with a bar - with a beautiful view of the sea. sunrise and sunset from there - gorgeous! I am very pleased that my husband was congratulated on his birthday in the form of a bottle of cava.

Instead of a double bed, we got two single beds next to each other, we didn't ask for that. As a result, it kept moving apart.😀 There was no buffet for breakfast. Only sandwiches(for a fee)but I would like to add it was very tasty coffee. The pool sells drinks in glass bottles (this is not safe, as there are children there). And staff also allow you to enter the pool with bottles of beer. The pool didn't open on time. after 10. On our last night, the fire alarm stayed on for a long time. It didn't turn off for a long time.

Excellent location opposite sea front. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner.

The booking was was made through Booking.com but my payment wasn’t taken by the hotel. 2 days prior to going, i started to receive remainders after remainders of non payment and threatening cancellation. I checked with booking.com and they investigated this with the hotel, but they could NOT find any staff who could speak English, (very surprising considering 25% of tourist are from UK.

We were stopping in calas de majorca and during our stay we wanted to visit cala millor so booked this apartment to be in centre and have a little luxury, and we weren't disappointed.rooftop pool and sunning area with cafe bar on roof was so luxurious very clean and qiute too the fixtures and furnishings together with queen size bed was amazing.you walk out the doors in reception you have the loverly town 40 steps to your left and the beach 40 steps to your right.loverly qiute area in what we think is the best location on the island for mature and younger couples who don't want loud night clubs and familys who want lots to do in a more refined location.

I'm not a negative person when it comes to reviews. I say it as it is and any negatives if any are not worth mentioning. You have one building to the side of you then the promenade, but when your on the roof top bar taking a swim your looking straight into the med. Love this hotel nothing at all not to like and thanx for a great stay and hopefully will be going back staff amazing couldent do enough for you always had a smile made you feel welcome all the time of or stay. This hotel is not for the rowdie at heart it's targeted at those who want a a little luxury with a calm qiute clean atmosphere. Absolutely brilliant.

Location. Beach was very close to the hotel. Hotel staff was really nice.

Room windows are of no use - too close to the nearby living apartment (a little claustrophobic feeling), so the feeling is the same as the room does not have windows at all. Shower “cabin” is too open, and after every showering, entire bathroom would be wet. Breakfast options are really poor, everything is paid separately and there are only a few pasteries to choose from. Pool opening hours are clearly stated on the table from 10:00 until 20:00, and on the reception we were told that working hours are from 10:30 until 19:30, and after we arrived there at 10:30, the bar at the pool has not opened until 11:00, and it closed alredy at 19:15 (the staff at the pool takes too easily the meaning of the opening/closing hours)

It’s very new and the staff are very friendly. Bed is comfortable and the air conditioning is good. It’s very close to the beach.

You have to pay 1 euro to get clean beach towels. Parking spaces in the street are difficult to find.

Elegant and Comfortable Accommodations: My room was impeccably clean and elegantly furnished, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities showcased the hotel's commitment to providing a top-notch experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after long days of exploration.

The location was perfect just a stone's throw from the lovely beach and promenade and the same from the main busy street where life was of an evening but you would never have known the minute you turned the corner to the hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly and always happy to help and the breakfast selection was fantastic and so fresh. Lovely dip pool on the roof which was perfect for a late afternoon dip, read of my book and an Aperol!

Really difficult to find fault and if there was just one thing it would be the lack of hanging space for wet costumes etc. When you'd rinse them at the end of the day...maybe just a simple pull out line or rack in the shower would fix this.

Just as I was expecting from the pictures. Really lovely. Lovely roof top pool and so close to the beach. We hired a car and there is free parking close by (although quite competitive for spaces). It was a good base and plenty of restaurants and night life in the area for a middle aged couple.

No substantial breakfast option.

Hotel location was good but probably not the actual standard we would usually choose. We can not fault anything with the staff or the rooms at all & our stay was comfortable. The staff helped us with booking taxi's & also a Padel Court & everything went well. We were in Cala Millor for a wedding
