We were there for 11 nights with two small children. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Being the start of the season everything was very quiet and the outdoor pools were too cold to use. That didnt bother us. The area around the pool is really lovely and its kept very clean. It was warm enought to relax on the loungers and we had mostly full sun and blue skies. The indoor pool was open but we were there to explore and experience the sights of the island. We felt the pool was a little cool, especially for our one year old. Breakfast was very plentiful - lots for every taste. It was a perfect start to the day before we went exploring. The restaurant has lots of high chairs for the little ones and very attentive and patient staff to clean up the mess afterwards! The Evening buffet is varied almost every night and had a nice selection of fresh cooked meats, stir fry, seafood, salads and other vegetarian options. We found the first few nights the cooked food was not very warm, but as the week went on was no longer an issue - once again, it was the start of the season and not so many people so we undertand. We have heard some people complaing about kids, but its a family hotel! There is even a separate restaurant upstairs for adults and also a rooftop bar with loungers and jacuzzi. Every day the entertainment team of Giada and Jonny did their best to entertain the kids. Well done to their efforts, energy and patience!

Nothing too serious.. Indoor pool was a little cold for the kids. Our bedroom floor could have been cleaner - the kids knees were dirty from crawling. No lock on the bathroom door was a problem when you need some privacy without little kids bursting in! :D Wi-Fi - To use WiFi you have to acess a portal and fill out a form on each device. So a firestick or baby camera won't work. It happened multiple times that I was disconnected and had to fill out the form again. Also, although the Tv had YouTube and Netlfix, they had no Internet. But we didnt come to watch TV so that ok ;)

Despite being fussy with hotels and not usually going below 5 star, this was a perfect, family oriented holiday and the staff were very accommodating to children and families. Rooms in Marins 2 building where we stayed were modern and well kept. Housekeeping came daily and changed towels as needed. Very close to beach and shops. Other reviews said about the WiFi being weak but we had no problems with it. The air con is suitable if you keep the doors closed. The entertainment team is great and there is a family show every night as well as a mini disco. The staff are so professional and enthusiastic. We didn’t use the kids club but it was well staffed and available every day. You can see the kids club from the pool if you did use it. I would not recommend this hotel for couples or people without children as the pool is full of kids. The adults only area on the room is very nice but small and there is not a poop up there just a jacuzzi. Food was ok, passable, lots of variety and changed regularly. The cocktails are amazing! Drinks are provided at breakfast but not at dinner. The supermarket on site is so handy and is next to the pool area. It’s a full supermarket and fairly priced. All in all a very pleasant stay, and would go back.

There are limited sun loungers which have all been taken by 7:30am by towels being laid. We set an alarm and went down but this is not ideal on holiday.

Created for families and kids. It’s easy for us since breakfast and diner is provided at the hotel, there are many activities to occupy kids, the pools are great for kids, the animation and disco were great for kids, you van use the stroller everywhere. It makes the lives of parents easier and kids love it. The food is good with many options too. We will come back

The family suite bathroom could have used a better ventilation system. The towel dryer was too small for a family of 4, so we had to change the towels everyday, and the bathroom was damp all day. Having an hoover could have been useful because the cleaning ladies clean was very quickly and with kids coming from the beach, we had sand everywhere rather quickly. Finally there is only 1 laundry machine and 1 dryer in the premise. Having a few more machines would have been a great addition to facilitate our lives. It would be great to have a bigger drying rack too in the rooms.

Pool and bar areas are lovely. The breakfast is good. Rooms are nice. We asked for an apartment in a quiet location which was acknowledged and it had a lovely pool view. The shop on site is great and reasonably priced. Location is great. Lots of restaurants within short walking distance. Indoor pool was great for the rainy days.

We had an issue with ants climbing around the kitchen area every day. The Kids club wasn’t really geared towards younger kids and the indoor play area was very cramped. No high chair in the apartment. Cleaner did not clean our apartment until late afternoon every day which was during our toddlers nap so we often had to put a do not disturb sign up meaning our room wasn’t cleaned. Shower gel was not replaced during the stay.

Spacious apartment in a very child friendly hotel with lots of amenities. Few minutes walk to the boulevard and about 10/15 mins to a sandy beach. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Breakfast buffet is quite extensive, with freshly made omelets and pancakes, but would be better with proper fresh coffee/juices. Nevertheless it’s great for small kids, with plenty of high chairs (which are even cleaned!), kids club, toddler pool etc. Staff is really friendly too and you can park on the street around the hotel buildings or in the car park.

Hardly any dishes or pans in the apartment, so you can’t really cook anything, and only 2 wine glasses. No basics for washing up (liquid, brush) either, although there was a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived. There are different buildings, not all around the main areas, so you might have to walk a few mins to restaurant/pool area. Not a problem for us, but something to keep in mind when booking.

Varied breakfast and dinner, comfy beds, loads of kids activities that entertained our kids, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach

I have been surprised that although it is a 4 star hotel and apartment had a kitchenette, they did not provide dish washing liquid (although they provided plates, etc). We travel a lot and never had to buy dish washing liquid anywhere. Other thing that we did not like was that TV was only in German but we do not speak or understand German. I did tell reception that told me someone will come to change it to either Spanish or English but they only came 24hrs later (after we solved this problem).

Very friendly staff, food is ok but you get be clever on cherry picking at the buffet to find the good things, despite full it was really ok as people would spread across the pools. Room with kitchen was super helpful for the baby. The supermarket is perfect located inside the resort

I would come back and stay here again but: 1. Just people laying down towels already at 7am at the chairs make me anxious. I ended up having to do the same in order to secure place. This is sad 2. There is not a spacious area to go with the baby stroller for sleep, like an area with trees and etc.

Very clean, great food. Nice beach with Promenade near by. Good secure (free) car park. Close to Safari and Caves of Ham. Lovely town centre 10-15 min walk along the Prom. Staff were superb!

We stayed in a family apartment which was newly refurbished. The reception area and communal hallways are clean and bright but a bit traditional. We didn’t mind so much…..,but it’s packed with (young) Kids. Great for families but I’d imagine couples might find it a bit noisy. Although there is a pool area, restaurant and lounge for adults (only) that we couldn’t access with teenagers in our group … maybe lone adults would have a different experience . With teenagers it’s a bit of a no man’s land, too old for the kids stuff but couldn’t access the adult only areas… however we did find plenty to get out and do to keep them happy, and on balance we would return again.

Our stay at this hotel was super nice. The room (for a family of 4) was very clean and spacious. We had a lovely view to the pool and could enjoy the evening shows directly from the balcony. And the shows were awesome, both for the kids and parents. We didnt expect this and were very positively surprised.

Parking was not fun though. The hotel has private parking, but it was half closed exactly during our stay, so most of the time it was full and we had to park quite far. Overall a minor inconvenience though.

Very good organisation. Never needed to wait anywhere (restaurant, reception, sauna, kids club) even though the hotel was fully booked. Good breakfast with broad selection. Relatively close to a very nice beach with clear water and beautiful sand. Good restaurants nearby. Great rooftop terrace for adults as well as a second restaurant where kids are not allowed. We enjoyed the Halloween decorations. Someone did put a lot of effort setting it up.

The hotel parking cannot host all of the guests cars. If you arrive after 5-6 pm then you will need to find a parking spot somewhere in the village, which takes a while. Several facilities were not new/modern anymore, but still functional though.
