Everthing. I love this hotel, it is comfortable, cosy, calm, luxury and I can relax here the way I want. The sraff is friendly and helpful. I knew them from last year already. Désirée did the service at the pool bar. She is so kind. The breakfast is incredible and has a wide range of choice. I like it very much. I will come back next year, the reservation is already done.

The fact, that you only get one towel for the pool area, I do not understand. I asked for a second towel and the chambermaid said: one guest, one towel. So, I was there four days at the pool and got one towel. That's a pity. Especially when you have a balinese bed and you have to pay for it or consume at the pool bar, what is absolutely ok, but for these sunbeds one towel is definetely not enough. Sorry!

Great location between Calla Millor and Calla Bona, right on the coast. Excellent views looking out to the Sea. Large room with comfortable beds and very good shower. 2 swimming pools and plenty of Sun beds, never had a problem getting a sun bed although the hotel was full. The Bali beds were a great option Staff are very attentive and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Only a couple of minor points. Hand Soap instead of a bar of soap would be better, in the bathroom. The evening dinner service could do with some cooking of dishes while you wait, so that they are hot, as the chef cooks fresh dishes and then leaves you to help yourself.

The adults only section is quite and the majority of guests were in their 60s plus. We are in our 50s and had young adults with us 19-21. We preferred the roof top at Marins Plays adults only area as they at least had music playing to hang out. our rooms were clean but very basic. the bathroom only has shampoo and conditioner product in one and body wash. No body cream or other toiletries. The beds are large but 2 singles put together. Shower pressure was good. Each room has its own deck. Breakfast is included. When we arrived we went straight to Marins adults only but there is no reception so you need to go to Marins Playa to check in first. No one sent any confirmation / information before our stay re arrival. When you go to pool at Marins Adults only you are told you cant sit on the cushioned beds without booking them. To book them you need to spend $25Euro to get tem for free. I was happy t do that as drinks are around $9-10 and snack food was around $13- 17, so reasonable. The lady who worked the pool area every afternoon/evening until close was so nice and accommodating.

They do not supply ice to add to your drinks in your room even if you wanted to pay for it. We could get bagged ice from store but were told not to use in drink. That sucked in a hot climate. They have a supermarket on property so they should sell bagged ice for room drinks. Our other family members rented the top floor Penthouse which was nice but they never had ice either. No conditioner in bathroom.

Choice of breakfast rooms , selection of pools , the adult only suites were perfect location with easy access to promenade . Staff polite and very helpful . Plenty of choice of food including the buffet of an evening which was very affordable

No beach towels provided . One French man lying naked beside the pool and in and out of the pool with no regard for other adult guests . And although I did report this on checking out there was no comment from the front desk apart from they had heard . Which I know a guest emailed them without a reply .

The hotel exceeded expectations, it could really charge more money. The rooms are spacious, clean and the food and drink is very well priced. The pool areais spotless and the terrace bar above the main hotel is a hidden gem with great views. It’s really well located for access to Cala Millor and Cala Bona. As a wheelchair user, I could take full advantage of the wet room and nowhere was off limits. I would recommend this hotel to all the Wheelchair users as the area was accessible as well, especially the promenade.

Breakfast in Marins Playa Adults only restaurant is much better than in Marins Suites. Rooftop jacuzzi area in Marins Playa is very chill with great views Location brilliant, short walk to Cala bona port or Cala Millor beach along pedestrianised paths on either side of hotel Cleaners did a great job and came every day Beds very comfy

Room was a bit small but excellent view made up for it! Hairdryer in bathroom isn’t very powerful.

Marins is a fantastic company and their hotels and facilities are some of the best in the area. The rooms are always clean and the Suites in particular are in a great location right on the sea front with a brilliant pool and bar area outside. There's lots of things to do - pools, spa, roof terrace, entertainment programme etc and even a supermarket on-site

While the Suites are marketed as a premium option, the rooms are smaller and less modern than those in the main hotel. The wardrobe space was limited, particularly as several shelves were taken up by optional duvets which weren't really needed in warm months and the hairdryer in the bathroom cut out quickly and regularly (same when I stayed before) could really use an upgrade. Would also be a great touch to have a bottle of water in the room, particularly as there are fridges and tea and coffee etc. The bath towels are also very small, I'd love a big comfortable towel, especially from a premium hotel.

Fantastic hotel, breakfast near the pool was fantastic, food tasty, most of the staff very friendly and helpful

At the reception some staff do not understand english very well so one morning when we wanted to go for early breakfast (we were told day before we can go), man from the reception told us that we cannot go there and he did not understand me when I tried to explain he just kept repeating what he knows on english. Quite unprofessional for a hotel like this one. Apart from that everything was fine

The view was amazing, and the enviroment was tidy. The food was really tasty, and the DJ near the pool played nice music. One of the bar girls was helpful and advised us about drinks, was very kind, when others were passive.

In some parts of the room, the sound isolation was bad, and we could hear people walking in the hall, or using the bathroom in their room. What might not be a minus for some people - but we hoped for some freshly squeezed orange juice and that wasn't the case here.

All the Staff are amazing, especially housekeeping. So friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location. The silence and tranquillity were perfect for our stay. Bar and pool were always clean and kept to a very high standard. I emailed the hotel for an upgrade. And they did not disappoint. Little touches like a plate of meat and cheese on arrival and a bottle of fizz for my husband's birthday. This holiday met our needs perfectly.

If I had to say something I didn't like it would be about having no Iron for clothes. But even that wasn't a problem.
