Good facilities, clean and well equipped room, comfortable bed, good shower, decent balcony. Very close to the seaside

We missed a kitchen/kitchenette in the room. Would have been great to have some cutlery in the room. It is MANDATORY to put at least wine opener alongside the wine glasses, especially in Spain. I had to go down to the bar to ask for one. The ladies at the reception were not very friendly during check-in. Price was very high, I was booking few days before vacation and there were not many options. So the value ratio is not the best.

Excellent choice for breakfast, the food was very tasteful. The beach is close to the hotel so we used both the beach and the pool during the day which was really convenient. Food from the restaurant was tasteful and not expensive so we frequently had lunch either at the hotel terrace or by the pool. The hotel is next to the promenade which stretches a long way and is really lovely for a walk along the sea.

The hotel is perfect for calm vacation with the family Located just at the beach - you only have to cross the bicycle pad. Shops, cafes around. Friendly staff, animation for children. Not too much and too loud, just enough. The food was various, every day something new.

The first night we stayed in a room located on the 1st floor of the main building and oriented with the windows to the bar with very loud live music till 1 am. For the children was too much. The stuff was very helpful, and next morning we changed the room.

The room was spacious with room for the 4 of us. Pool for kids and for adults, and internal pool and spa facilities. The location is good, right in the center of Cala Bona with several shops but is a bit far from the main places to visit. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner are ok, with plenty of options and with freshly grilled meat and fish at dinner.

The dinner ended too early (21h) and there were not many food options for kids, also there were days where the only meat was pork. The beach right in front of the hotel is not one of the greatest beaches in Mallorca, so at the hotel we mostly stayed at the pool. Our room had view to the pool, which was nice, but the hotel had live music some nights that would end quite late to who have kids and was a bit noisy.

View from the Sea view room was beautiful. The area the hotel is in was brilliant, a short walk to Cala Bona harbour and not far from Cala Millor. The quality of the breakfast was good. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The complimentary plate of fresh fruit and bottle of cava was fantastic and much needed after a 3 hour flight delay.

Shower needs a sign to explain how to use it. We thought it was broken and receptionist was unaware how to use it. Luckily a British guest overheard us and said he had the same problem and explained how to get it working. Travel cot needs fitted sheets - not a flat sheet. Swimming pool floor needs looking at - possible sharp broken tiles.

Rooms where always tidy even tho we where family who likes to sleep in and sometimes miss the breakfast housekeeper always worked around us to make sure our rooms are clean. Breakfast was very good standart suits all. Friendly staff very helpfull.

Restaurant (breakfast and dinner) in the basement. It is allowed to take breakfast upstair, but not dinner. It could be much better to have dinner/breakfast area at the 0 floor, with windows… And animations or bigger spa area at the basement?

The staff were very friendly, The apartment was very large and clean, nice touch arriving in the room at the start was a bowl of fruit, bottled water ( and a new one everyday) and a bottle of Prosecco. Great breakfast (I would say the best I have had in a hotel abroad) We had a fabulous view right on the front looking out to sea. lovely pool area plenty of seats and a lifeguard (which you don’t have at many hotels). Although we did not have any disability it was very well catered for with people in wheelchairs easy access everywhere even into the pool.

We knew before we arrived and because all my other boxes were ticked we went ahead with the booking. The only negatives were all rooms had showers very good they were too! but I like a soak in a bath after a day in the sun. All rooms had twin beds again it does not take much to put a mattress topper on to change to a king size bed (I like to sleep with my husband not falling between the 2 beds!)

Exchange of towels may be better. Last time after cleaning my room there was no towels at all.
