Easy check in/check out. Lovely Junior Suite, great size with duel aspects to the outside and clean with comfortable beds. We stayed all inclusive and have no complaints, the food was good and always something to eat even for fussy eaters. The pool (which was cold but refreshing) area was good and no issues getting a sunbed however could get very crowded during busy seasons. We stayed early May so didnt really have any issues with that.

The local drinks sometimes are not the best but if you pay extra i.e. All Inclusive gold I beleive there were better choices. Saying that it really is all down to preference and we survived the few days we were there! The WIFI (and TV) kept dropping so perhaps getting a better system in place would be ideal.

The hotel is very spacious and comfortable, everything is clean, every day they cleaned our room and changed towels. The food is phenomenal, a large selection even for those who don't eat meat or are a little picky about their food. The staff is very friendly, especially the reception guy Emilio. A big recommendation for this hotel, in addition to the amenities it offers, there are spacious beaches nearby.

From first check- in to eventual check- out all the staff were exceptional they were all very friendly,hard working and indeed seemed to be happy in their work. From the manager down they were on hand to be helpful and in fact the manager Jaime actually asked where could he make any improvements. The facilities were all clean and the all inclusive food was varied and there was always something too like. There was hardly any, if any queueing at the bar or in the restaurant. AND THERE WAS ALWAYS FREE SUNBEDS and no early morning towel reservations on them. At night the entertainment possibly could be improved but if you didn't like it Cala Bona is only a short walk. All in all a 5* holiday was had by all.

These are said tongue in cheek . .cream of mushroom soup and slightly wider pillows.

very friendly hotel staff are exceptional - nothing is too much, they’re always happy to help rooms are extremely spacious and clean the whole complex is spotless food is lovely entertainment is light and enjoyable and not over zealous which was lovely the hotel is based at the quiet end of Cala Bona but easily accessible via the lovely promenade from Cala Bona to Cala Millor and safe for wheelchairs, pushchairs and bicycles

lifts are very small and not wheelchair accessible suggestion that the hotel could seat people in the dining room, as larger groups can sometimes find it difficult to be seated at times ( although tables are reserved for disabled customers and large parties)

Food at dinner not great - would go out to one of many lovely restaurants nearby rather than pay here.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The room was very nice and clean, the staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful and the breakfast and dinner were also amazing. Also our 2 year old daughter really enjoyed the pool and the playground so perfect place for kids as well. Special thanks to Miguel to organise a surprise present for my birthday! :)

Nothing, for the price you pay for all inclusive at this hotel everything was absolutely perfect. I have nothing bad at all to say.

We had a lovely holiday. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. The food was impressive with many choices that were always hot, tasty and plentiful. Bar service was great and cocktails lovely! The hotel/grounds were always very clean and well maintained. The shuttle bus was a real bonus!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, there were no negatives.

Great value for money, rooms were very spacious, comfortable beds and a great balcony. Breakfast every morning was lovely, great variety and the staff were very friendly. Supermarket in the opposite hotel and approx 15 min walk to Cala Bona marina. Bus stop directly outside hotel to take you to Cala Millor for 3e and bus also goes to airport.
