Front office staffs are nice and friendly. Location is OK since there is 7E , mamak and Lotus hypermarket nearby. The upgraded room is very nice

Just there was some stain inside toilet bowl. And the aircond took some time to cool. It's good that there is a fan inside the room to help make the room cool faster

the room is clean,as per picture. the mattress so comfortable. the location is super peace. look like new. the staff so sweet n nice

the tv can on but the sound super crazy like white noise. the aircond suddenly hot & cold uncontrollably maybe that the reason why they put table fan in my room. room 212.

The shower was superb. The glass bathroom wasn’t appropriate although with curtains to block visibility. Its location was close to Lotus’s so no issues with food et al

No sound proof so could hear others chatting about the world clearly. No fridge means no cold drinking water

Dah jadi regular guest for this hotel memang 5star for me every month i choose this hotel . All 5star. but only one la, the cadar tempat tidur kotor la. housekeeping not change it? mcm ada kesan air kencing banyak. and a lot of rambut black long hair at bawah katil.

The room is big with a king bad. Easy to find and have a lot of parking. There have a few restaurants nearby for breakfast and diner.

Shower room is so small, must open the door when take shower.

Room is clean, The shower is excellent. Toilet is very clean. Hotel is near lots of restaurant and just in front of Lotus supermarket. Amble parking but you have to pay as it is a street parking. Quite far from the town but if you travel by car, then no issue. Will book again.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. It's also very clean. Bathroom also so clean and comfortable. Air conditioner is in good condition.
