Location, facilities, cleanliness.

Safe didn’t work, so couldn’t use it. It was reported by us. No follow up. Panel missing off shower, a good shower but difficult to stop water splashing. Hand shower - signs of wear. We realised it was end of season so didn’t pursue anything apart from the safe. It didn’t really spoil stay.

Friendly and welcoming staff at both the reception and especially breakfast. Conveniently located close to the beach and metro station, right in the heart of the city. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The rooftop pool is a great bonus!

The AC initially wasn’t working, but they fixed it after some time. There was a buzzing noise from the electrical box in the room. The hotel is situated on a busy, noisy street.

Rooftop terrace was really nice with an amazing view. 5min walk to the beach as well as to store, so a good location. The service was good and the rooms clean.

Breakfast wasn't up to expectation. Was expecting a bigger room, the photos give a wrong impression.

The rooms are nice, clean and the bed is super comfy! There is a lovely roof top with a small pool and tanning beds. There is a small bar upstairs, but unfortunately it was not open.

Breakfast is cheap, but quite basic.

Staff were super helpful and very friendly. Luggage storage was available. Great view from terrace on roof. Bus stop was just a couple of blocks away. Not far from the beach, but downhill with a lot of steps so choose appropriate footwear. The room was clean and spacious.

Comfortable beds, great location for exploring beach and town, short walk to tram station for Alicante to Denia line. Helpful staff. Surprisingly good soundproofing against the road outside.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Friendly staff, cosy rooms, close to the beach and the colourful houses of Villajoyosa. What's more, the rooftop pool with a sea view does take one's breath away. A wonderful place to relax and... return!
