Location, facilities, cleanliness.

Safe didn’t work, so couldn’t use it. It was reported by us. No follow up. Panel missing off shower, a good shower but difficult to stop water splashing. Hand shower - signs of wear. We realised it was end of season so didn’t pursue anything apart from the safe. It didn’t really spoil stay.

Nice lady at the front desk, and great roof terrace. Close to sea and centre. Late check our possible (not expensive)

Friendly and welcoming staff at both the reception and especially breakfast. Conveniently located close to the beach and metro station, right in the heart of the city. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The rooftop pool is a great bonus!

The AC initially wasn’t working, but they fixed it after some time. There was a buzzing noise from the electrical box in the room. The hotel is situated on a busy, noisy street.

Rooftop terrace was really nice with an amazing view. 5min walk to the beach as well as to store, so a good location. The service was good and the rooms clean.

Breakfast wasn't up to expectation. Was expecting a bigger room, the photos give a wrong impression.

The rooms are nice, clean and the bed is super comfy! There is a lovely roof top with a small pool and tanning beds. There is a small bar upstairs, but unfortunately it was not open.

Breakfast is cheap, but quite basic.

Staff were super helpful and very friendly. Luggage storage was available. Great view from terrace on roof. Bus stop was just a couple of blocks away. Not far from the beach, but downhill with a lot of steps so choose appropriate footwear. The room was clean and spacious.

Everything about the Hotel is fantastic, one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Staff very friendly and helpful, the facilities brilliant loved the plunge pool n jacuzzi with views on the roof terrace. Cafeteria great, Location on the button nothing more the 5 to 10 mins walk. Beach 🏖 just across n through park down the hill but bestof all got escalator taking you back up. Overall brilliant will definitely be going back for sure highly recommended

Location is great - 200m from the beach but on a major road however the double glazed windows stop 90% of the traffic noise. Room air con was excellent and highly appreciated, bed very comfy and shower very good. The roof top solarium was excellent including the jacuzzi pool. We parked for free in the main market car park in town which was about a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

On arrival you can only enter reception with a card key …. But you can’t have a card key till you check-in ! We had to wait until a receptionist came along, less than a minute, to let us in. Once inside the male receptionist was slightly abrupt, I informed him of my name and that I had a reservation and handed over our ID documents. He had a list of guests in front of him and my ID document yet he still asked if I had a reservation! I said yes - that’s me at the top of your list on your sheet!! Not a great welcome to say the least!

Comfortable beds, great location for exploring beach and town, short walk to tram station for Alicante to Denia line. Helpful staff. Surprisingly good soundproofing against the road outside.
