Staff are extremely pleasant, owner is lovely to talk to; and for a non native Spanish speaker they really try to work with you. Cleaner works around your schedule and is very accomodating. I originally booked a single room for two weeks and then a double room for the following two weeks. They upgraded me to the double room for the whole stay, which was much nicer for me. Highly recommend, the location is perfect and they have parking out the back for a decent price.

Proper hotel with a reception - no annoying messages bugging me about when I am going to arrive. No English spoken, but that made it a proper experience - all in a very typical Andalucian building with inner courtyard. It's even possible to find overnight parking very close by on the street, despite this being within the 'old town'.

Just one thing. Like everywhere in Spain, I was sent scary, stress-inducing messages ahead of time demanding some sort of 'obligatory' online check-in. I was right to ignore this, because it turns out this could be done at reception, which was no surprise because that is the reason you HAVE a reception. If there is one thing getting on my nerves, it is messages giving me homework before my stay - maybe Gen Z thinks nothing of it, but the last thing I want when I've got important work or holidaying to do is to have to fill out forms on a screen. (Unless you're going to give me a discount for the work...?)

We liked everything. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Convenient location within walking distance of the old town. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has covered parking spaces in a private car park, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. A supermarket is a five minute walk from the hotel. Excellent combination of price and quality. We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.

Very nice and very clean hotel in the city center. Very friendly host who helped also to get some insight information on Jerez. The room is not too big and together with the adjacent private bathroom we had everything we needed. We could park our car in the yard to a reasonable price and were allowed to leave it there until after the horse show. Perfect location to visit the city. Highly recommended.

Nothing to complain, just a hint: the entrance to the private parking yard is on the parallel street. When you stop in front of the hotel as indicated in the description, no other car can pass the narrow street. It might help to contact the hotel beforehand and get the exact address where to stop with the car. So nothing bad, just a hint to improve.

Great little hotel on the edge of Jerez old town. The family suite was huge and well equipped, with a sofa area, large TV and a Spa bath. There is secure parking around the back of the hotel.

Location is excellent and the safe carpark on the site is magnificent.

You can hear everything from other rooms and from the street. Take earplugs with you if you're a light sleeper :)

This is an exceptional place to stay, very clean and the staff are great, didn't speak English but we managed to communicate between us. Will stay again.

Only reason I have a 9 instead of a 10 is because the car park that belongs to the hotel is inaccessible if there is no one on the reception desk (siesta time).
