First time in Addis, and I must say this is by far the best hotel I’ve experienced after traveling extensively across different countries. The staff are exceptionally friendly and quick to respond, the food is outstanding, and the facilities—gym, pool, and more—are top-notch. What makes it even more special is how seamlessly they weave their rich culture into the service experience. I was fortunate to celebrate the Ethiopian New Year (2018) with them, and it was truly unforgettable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Addis.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the hotel manager, Salam, and her incredible staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly set this place apart. The room was spotless, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food was delicious. What really stood out to me was their willingness to go the extra mile—especially when it came to arranging ride services, ensuring I reached my destinations on time without any hassle. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made my stay seamless and stress-free. I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Addis. This hotel is an excellent choice for any business traveler looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

The rooms were clean, spacious and housekeeping was spot on with their daily service. The breakfast selection had decent variety to select from. Staff were professional, prompt and friendly. The have a shuttle service available for airport pick up and drops too.

Nothing much to complain, there initally was an issue with the aircon not working in the room but they changed the room eventually. The weather were mostly rainy days and cool enough anyways but I prefer the air conditioning.

The rooms are really cute and clean. Staff are super friendly and attentive. I felt sick before taking a local guided tour outside Addis, so when my guide arrived, the front desk made sure he is aware of my condition. I’ve been to many countries before and stayed mostly 4-5 star hotels, but service at Best Western exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the rooms are sizable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The rooms were so comfortable and clean, and the staff were so welcoming, kind, and helpful. There are amazing things to do in the gym, such as the gym, swimming pool and sauna, which are free. the breakfast buffet was great and tasty. nice varites

Though it wasn't a real inconvenience the elevator on the second floor going down did not work during my stay. Not exactly sure why. But that is not a deal breaker. Will definitely use again if they keep the good work up and get good reports from customers on booking.com

The staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast is quite complete, the restaurant is also good for other meals. Room service efficient. The gym is well equipped; the swimming pool is warm.

Although the general location is good, the hotel is along a main street with fast-moving traffic and not much to do in the vicinity. Some menu items sometimes not available

People are so kind and helpful, making you feel welcome and at home! You have everything you need. I liked the gym, if is well equipped. Very nice breakfast, bar and helpful front desk at all times. They provide a free shuttle to airport which is so easy and convenient. Definitely will come back!

Maybe consider having hot vegetables for better choice for breakfast. Sometimes some breakfast meal which supposed to be hot were cold, for ex. oat.
