We booked online last minute very early in the morning because of an issue we had at an Airbnb. Avita was extremely helpful in getting our large group all set and checked in early (3am). She really went out of her way to help us. Seeing her the next evening at the front desk, once again, she didn't hesitate to ask how things were going. Cuddos to Avita and the hotel manager on staff that morning!!.

We didn't always have fresh towels and may not have understood the best way to exchange them. We did get them when we asked so it wasn't a problem. There's no lamp or bedside table on both sides of the bed in single queen room.

We suffered a water leak in our house that resulted in all of our furniture being packed out while repairs were made. We decided on Candlewood because it is close to our house. It is not the Ritz Carlton but our rooms (bedroom is seperated from the kitchen and living room area) is spacious and clean, the bath room is clean and bright and the king bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything we need. The AC keeps the rooms cool. The staff has been friendly and accomodating. We have been quite comfortable there for the last month and will be there for another month perhaps.

The room above us has a child that is fond of running and jumping. but we're grandparents so we don't get too upset over it. Some of the guests have ignored the requirement to have a handicap placard or license plate to use handicap parking.

Perfect location for what I needed ( natural bridge caverns and wildlife )

I booked through booking.com paid one price got a call that that room was not available, checked in to another room for a different price. Everything was great. Then after checking out I was told that this room was the same rate. I think it was an honest mistake!!!! Other than that staff was great. Oh and the carts for the luggage were missing rubber bumpers and had screws exposed above your ankles. This hazard needs to be addressed!

Nice new hotel, looks brand new. Pretty good location but beside the extremely busy main highway (really hope the filtering system working great). I can't qualify stuff because I met with them just 2 times approx 20 seconds all together (but they were pretty nice this 10 and 10 seconds..) Recommend to stay if you want to get a clean and nice room with small kitchen close to the main road and tons of restaurants and grocery.

They charged me 3 times what really surprised me.

The maintenance man was very nice and very helpful when the outlet was not working and the lamp light was blown and needed a new iron because bottom of iron was not safe ti use i. clothes due to burnt spot. maintenance man replaced bulb and iron, and fixed the outlets within minutes.

it had a weird smell. perhaps it was the product they use to clean, we even hd a friend stop by for a brief visit and he commented on the odd smell as soon as he entered the building.

We had a kitchenette- no breakfast. Didn’t use the pool- too busy for that or walking property. Staff was helpful, friendly. It was quiet. Great stay.

The bed was a little mushy and high for me. But, I have back issues. It was fine for my husband.

Some of the towels and bedspread we're stained pink. Front desk staff was not always available. Clear instructions and amenities were not clearly explained when I checked in.

The property had The type of room that we were looking for. It was spacious and for the most part everything was good.

it could have been cleaner. The hallway needed to be cleaned. Outside of one of the rooms that we had to walk through and had lots of breadcrumbs and trash. And it was there for over night and into the next day. Also there were things left behind in our room from the previous occupant so that was kind of disheartening.

The cleanliness was great

Staff was descent after waiting for them to arrive at the desk. There was no free breakfast with the expensive price.

The kitchenette, has plenty of room in the bathroom. Lotion, and body wash are available in the room.

No complimentary breakfast 😢.
