Breakfast was fine. The room was very large. It was quiet! Staff in dining area were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Parking was convient. Nice courtyard. Comfortable room.

The man at the front desk was a bit grim. Never saw him smile. The room lacked adequate storage space for multiple night stays. There were no drawers to unpack clothing. I finally found hidden under the television a roll out wire item with three levels. Not acceptable.

The breakfast was always hot and fresh. The variety was excellent and you could always find exactly what you wanted. I would recommend anyone to stay at The Hampton Inn in Fredericksburg.

The room was spacious and comfortable but the bathroom layout was not user friendly for two people. The door wouldn’t open completely and you couldn’t turn on any light on that didn’t shine directly on the beds. There was no privacy.

The only thing was the size of the room. Because when I booked thru booking.com I booked the suite but when we checked in they had us in a regular room with 2 queen beds!! They said that Booking.com made the mistake. Not them!!

Rooms were adjacent as requested but not connected internally, which was not exactly looking for. But the room to the other side was internally connected through a door

Wifi. Followed directions and could not connect. Loved the breakfast but adding gravy and biscuits would be yummy (I don’t need to eat that but I love it!)

The room was big and the location was close enough to walk into town. The pool and covered area outside were very pretty. Overall a great place to stay.

We booked a room with a balcony and enjoyed sitting out at the end of a busy day reading a book or just relaxing. We slept really well in the comfortable bed. Location is great. Room was very clean.

Minor thing, but we couldn't figure out how to close the curtains. Should have asked sooner, but found out at checkout, there is a 3rd row set of blackout curtains.
