The staff were friendly and the location was close to where we needed to go.

The breakfast was good, but very pricey. I was shocked when I paid for an orange juice and it came in a small cup that I drank in about two sips. The hotel allowed dogs, so we heard several barking on our floor, which wasn't ideal. It took FOREVER to check-out, which should have been as simple as handing in your room key. The line was long and it literally took about 30 mins. Everyone around us was incredibly frustrated with that experience.

I didnt think we would get charged for our breakfast as the menu said it as included with our stay but we were charged for it ($30) I would not have eaten there if it wasn't included. The food was good but a little pricey.

Not knowing about the breakfast..everything else was fabulous.

The layout of the room was very nice. Bedroom was completely separate. the pool was very nice.

The pool closes too early. Room was booked for 5 people, but we did not have proper amount of towels. Also had no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed.

there weren't any extra blankets or pillows for our children to use even though they were listed as being in our room. we brought theirs from home but if we hadn't brought anything we would have needed to go to the front desk to ask for items that should have been in our room.

I like that the property offered breakfast to order and the pool wasn’t out of service .

They didn’t clean the shower and house keeping only knocked once didn’t allow us to Open the door and just walked right in , very disrespectful because it was early morning

Room was large and comfortable for 3 adults and 3 kids. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, especially after a 13 hour drive. Room was clean when we arrived.

Pull out couch didn’t have sheets and we were provided with extra towels or pillows for having 6 ppl in 1 room.

great location, updated building and lobby. hallways and rooms are clean with no bad smells. comfortable beds, clean linens.

the cost of breakfast was very expensive for 3 people. We were not delivered towels for the next day and were not informed of housecleaning rules. example: if you only clean the rooms every other day, then there needs to be a placard in the room telling the guest that their room is only cleaned every other day and if you want clean towels you need to come get them yourself.
