Kevin at front desk was polite, helpful, accommodating and friendly. Because of his demeanor I'm coming back! The room was top notch clean. Only thing missing was furniture but for 2 wooden chairs and one table. There is real potential in this hotel but be very very careful who you rent to. Keep it clean. That's the big diamond reputation you have. How clean the rooms are! And how pleasant this young man was just incredible. Kevin! The only concerned area is this is in a very bad part of town. I would like to see more security both with a security guard at night or controlled access to the property!

I appreciated the privacy, and the rooms were cleaner than I expected. They could use a bit more detailed cleaning, but overall, I felt comfortable touching everything! LOL

They may need to consider some pest control, as I noticed a bug or two. Additionally, the bed frames could use improvement since some beds are on the floor. While this setup has its own vibe, it would be better to have upgraded box springs and light fixtures.

It was awesome the workers were nice n very understanding he was willing to not let go a customer he was very caring definitely 10/10 morning staff as well was very nice the place is clean they do room service n the morning cleaned my room I didn’t even have to ask he insisted picking up trash from rooms place is highly recommended really enjoyed my quiet stay !!!!!

The front desk man was awesome. As a single traveler I was a little on edge about being alone but he made me feel safe and gave me a room real close to the office.

No lotion or shampoo or coffee pot in the room. No breakfast but coffee in the office was good. The bed AND the pillows were soft and very comfortable.

The property was very clean and not much traffic, so it was very quiet which was nice!

The pool has been closed since Covid. Unfortunately, the city won’t let them open it. I believe if the pool was open, the property would generate more revenue. Needs minimal inside the room I was in.

I have been to every hotel/motel in Union City this one was the cleanest. Don't judge a book by its cover and dont judge a hotel by its name or location. Anytime I stay in Union City, this is where I will be. Them other hotels need to take notes. And the staff is extremely nice. No complaints here.

The room was better than any motel 6 I've stayed in. I was upgraded when I arrived by the kind staff member. The bed was comfortable and everything worked (door locks, fridge etc.)

I love the service and the room. It was shockingly comfortable. It doesn't look like much outside but it's clean, quiet and the bed is soooo soft. The staff is really nice. I enjoyed my stay.

Front desk was kind of rude. He told me I couldn't book online I have to come up to the hotel to book a room. Which is B.S.

Everyone was so kind! They are very clean, very quiet and great prices ❤️ definitely will be staying again.
