Was able to request accommodations easily

I did not like the ladies at the counter stayed on the phone with their earbuds and im.having to wait until they finished their conversation with their mother. The older gentleman was very pleasant and professional and.was engaged with customers. That was very disappointing, expected better service for the price of.the room.

Breakfast wasnt until 7. We play travel ball and usually book hotels with breakfast, due to leaving at 7 for 8 games. I've stayed at multiple hotels and breakfast is usually a little earlier than 7.

Location, room clean and nice. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful! Ice water and hot drinks available in lobby! Nice touch.

Few more light weight dumbbells in weight room would be nice. Otherwise it was great!

The rooms looked amazing and renovated. The room was clean and the bed was so comfy.

The breakfast was limited and although we came down an hour before it ended the hot line was lacking alot.

The front desk was clerks (esp. KaRhonda), were very helpful, as I haven't been to this area in decades.

The breakfast was could've been more expansive, but it was adequate.

staff was friendly and. wry helpful. the first night of the first week I was there omelets and sausage hash was for breakfast. it was great. after that wasn’t so good for two weeks

Everyone was super nice. The room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. Check in and check where fast and easy. We had the THE BEST time!!!

Breakfast could be expanded a little Couch/sleeping was uncomfortable as a couch. Just its style.

I stayed here before and it was excellent, but this time there was an ant issue in the bathroom. Also the first time didn’t get a chance to have breakfast, but I did this time, could do better only offered bacon and some sort of egg for hot food!!

Breakfast was good.... Real eggs and sausage would have made it better but what they had prepackaged breakfast sandwiches and spinach quiche, waffles etc which was good.

I made reservations months before my stay on booking.com and when I got to the hotel to check in the lady told me Booking.com had canceled my reservation and didn't notify me. I was MAD! The hotel managed to get us a room. When I contacted Booking.com through email message (because I could not get them on the phone!!!) they messaged me back and couldn't get to the bottom of why my room was canceled. SO I really still don't know if it was really booking.com or the hotels fault. But I did get a room so all is good.
