The hotel is located on lipa noi beach which is far away from the hustle and bustle of Samui, in a nice secluded area. The staff was very helpful and the food in the Alchemy restaurant was great.

Before booking, I haven't realized that it takes 40 minutes to Chaweng and other attraction spots. If you don't drive a scooter it can be quite costly to get around the island as taxi is expensive and public transport options are very limited.

We really had a FANTASTIC stay in this resort. Very calm, charming !! The room is pretty and big, has everything needed. Bottles of water, coffee, tea, towels, beach towels... Garden view from the room with a little terrace, we could see the sea. Staff super kind, very attentive. They have all kind of brochures and help you book the tours. Breakfast is delicious. Quite simple. You can order all kind of eggs, and coffees. I definitely recommend this place !!! If you like quiet places to relax with not many people around :D

Not enough beach beds (renew as it's quite old) with a little table for the drinks would have been nice. Restaurant pricey (200 baht for a juice), massage too (price 700, elsewhere 300) We had lots of moskitos in our room :( Not many restaurants and massage shops around, but it was ok.

Beautiful wellness resort! The Beachfront villa (207) was everything I anticipated and more! Very comfortable beds, clean and quiet. Yoga and meditation available daily. Food selection in restaurant was great! The gym could use a couple mirrors but all in all, did the trick. The lap pool was wonderful, the fresh mango sticky rice and dragon fruit at Ramill’s was SO DELICIOUS… Hotel offers airport pick up and drop off. Well worth the price for the pc of mind. The black rice cooked in coconut milk at the breakfast buffet I have been craving since I left!

The ONLY thing I can write here is my disappointment and frustration in family staying at the resort allowing 4 children all under the age of 5 run, play and yell through the restaurant at both dinner and breakfast. This is not for the staff nor the patrons of the resort to have to say something or put up with, as simple respect for others, this comes from the parents parenting (or lack of). Again, beautiful wellness resort with huge potential , just needs to pick a lane and figure out who their clientele should be. My opinion, this resort is perfect for couples travel, friend travel , and solo travellers

I enjoyed our stay in Anahata, there is a beatiful bungalow, terraсе outside and the beach, a lot of birds, tasty and changable breakfasts with fresh juces and good cappuccino!

Most of sockets didn't work in bungalow Shower isn't kept well by holder On the second day of our stay a lot of jellyfish in the sea (not the hotel deal really)

This was our first hotel on Samui and despite noisy neighbors with kids the first two nights, we really enjoyed our stay. I will start with the cons because there are not many: - Alcoholic cocktails are not tasty and expensive. - We would have liked more beds, but we always had enough. We had to move them, though, which is not very easy for girls and old people - they are heavy. - The taste of coffee and omelet depends a lot on who makes it. One time it was very tasteless. - You may not get along with your neighbors like we did, and we woke up two mornings in a row because of children from two neighboring bungalows noshing around our bungalow. This is not a problem of the hotel, but rather a desperate request for parents to think about other vacationers. But when the noisy families left, it became very quiet and comfortable. The pros are much more: - The loungers stand on a small elevation next to the beach, so it is convenient to go down to the water and at the same time be fenced from people walking on the beach. - The entrance to the sea is convenient, the sea itself is not super transparent, but comfortable, although sometimes we were bitten by someone in the water (but you get used to it). - Towels for the beach. - Cleaning if you want at least every day, as well as every day give water and toilet paper. - Bathroom is not new, but clean, as well as the furniture in the room. There is even a TV, which is too small to watch comfortably on the bed. - Breakfast is good, lots of fruit, hot dishes, coffee and omelet can be ordered for free from the waiters, who are sometimes downright lazy about their job (once we pointed out dirt in a glass, the waiter just wiped it with his finger and offered us the glass back =D). Breakfast in the restaurant right on the beach. - The territory is well-groomed, clean, beautiful. Sometimes stray dogs roam on it, but they are not dangerous at all, and they stay more on the shore. You feel safe always.

Anahata resort is a real gem for peace seekers. It’s located far from the crowds, on the west with great sunsets. However it didn’t suit with my expectations of mingling with people or going out to a local pub because the hotel was full of couples and there was no bar near by unless you go to nikki beach :) also I had to rent a car to travel around the island. It is located quite remote of everything so not a place for single travellers unless you need the peace, yoga and quiet sunsets. The food was yummy btw. the personnel was helpful.

I’d like to have an opportunity to smoke at my terrace but smoking is not allowed in the premises. Also the bungalows could have been built in a better way to keep insects and geckos out but even when the door is closed, there is half a cm of spare area. Proper nets on windows required.

Breakfast was great, good choice of different vege options. Bed was really comfy and sleeping in 'deluxe rooms' was the best we had last weeks. Also the location next to the beautiful beach is perfect and a lot options of free & paid water sports.

Yoga was at 9am and finish on 10:30, when breakfast was served from 8-10:30. (Yoga should be started earlier like 7-8am to let people eat after finish exercises - better to eat after exercises, not before. I think that is the reason why there are always only 5-6 peoples.

Very quiet and peaceful area, great beach right in front. Beautiful sunsets. The property is well kept and invites for a very relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They also have a lot of different treatments, yoga classes daily, and other interesting happenings, such as gong meditation.

Central facility is great, staff is really kind and the bay is quiet and relaxing. The sound of the waves can be heard at any time of day and night The restaurant has great choice and quality, from local food choice like curry and pad thai to more western like burgers and pizza, it all checked the box for every little desire. Breakfast was complete and healthy. A lot of activities and spa services are available too.

We booked the cottage, but it is too far from the beach and the area around looks like a ranch with a construction area. I don't suggest it unless you are really looking to be a bit isolated. Luckily they could swap us for a deluxe room close to the beach. The shower was not really good, difficult to maintain temperature and swinged from hot to cold. Around the area thare are a few restaurants but little of other things, no bars or shops.

A lovely small beach resort right on the main beach. Fabulous views and sunsets over the Gulf of Thailand sea. We had a good sized two-bedroom, two bathroom bungalow. Not super flash but very good for the price, and definitely more than adequate and clean, and with air-con in each area. Super helpful and lovely staff. Good breakfasts, and the food at night for dinner, was actually excellent. Can arrange for taxis, only a 10 min taxi ride to local town etc. As we are travelling, we just stayed at Anahata and chilled out! Pool was clean and refreshing when required. Had a few massages at the resort too. I didn't ask, as I didn't know, but you can get a mattress topper if only I'd asked for one. Apparently Thai folks love a hard bed. (Just asked and got one in my more fancy Bangkok hotel.) I'm a tad older and "western" in my habits, so if you are like me, ask for a topper. The lovely staff at Anahata really make the place, besides the beautiful location.
