Superb location, central for the train station, casino, racecourse beaches, harbour, and bars/restaurants. Friendly staff, they booked me a much needed taxi to the train station despite the short distance and also double-checked with the firm that they were actually coming without asking. Rooms were very clean, and the air conditioning was a massive plus, along with a brightly but tastefully decorated room with a balcony and a very comfortable bed. A lovely buffet breakfast. A good choice of fresh produce which was quality and set us up nicely for the day. Overall, it was an excellent hotel and made our trip so much more memorable due to the location & quality of service provided

Initially, I thought it was a little pricey, even before we took a discounted upgrade, but we got what we paid for in a central location close to everything which was great for me considering I have mobility issues. My only complaint would be getting in & out of the shower. It was a bit of a squeeze, and I found it quite slippy underfoot, but there were two different shower settings that we're easy to use, as was the temperature control. It was howevrr an enjoyable shower but had to take care whilst having one.

Great location, right in the centre of Deauville, near the beach and only 10 mins walk to the train and bus station. The room is not very big but is comfortable, slept really well on the very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, it offers a good range of food. I like that we can get water on tap to avoid buying plastic bottles, and really enjoyed the prepared flavoured water in reception.

The hotel is very well located for the town. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Breakfast has a good choice and very tasty.

No Coffee Facilities in the Room. Overpriced for New Year's Eve. Bath shower rather than walk in shower which is more appropriate for this day and age Nothing special for New Years, no extra breakfast offers or anything. No parking.

The hotel had a convenient location in the city center of Deauville, within walking distance to the market square. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was also good with a wide choice of quality foods.

Overall there is nothing really negative in our experience. Things that might have improved our stay would be a hotel parking because parking in the street could be a bit tricky in the high season especially on market days and a bit more storage space in the room, the little shelves were a little just.

The location is nearby to the Deauville beach, there are limited things to do in Winter, but the crowd was less too. Breakfast was fine.

The room was cold, the room heating wasn't up to the mark, if planning to visit in winter, prepare yourself.

Location was perfect. The room we stayed with a lovely view was very clean, comfortable, quiet and large. Breakfast was more than enough and various. Especially, the fresh orange juice every morning was a very good option for guests. I was so glad about my stay.

Nothing was bad

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Deauville, almost next to the city hall and quite close to the beach. I must highlight varied and delicious breakfast options. Thumbs up for the luggage room.

The hotel was in an excellent location close to the centre of Deauville. The staff on reception were super friendly and helpful. There was plenty of free parking on the street by the hotel The beds were super comfy. The breakfast was included in the cost of the hotel and was superb. There was plenty of everything and it was restocked regularly by the gentleman waiter who was super efficient.

We were lucky to be given a room with a bathroom. The only problem was that the shower head kept slipping down so it hard to use the actual shower. Also it was very difficult to reach the taps on the bath as there was a rigid shower screen, however this could easily be remedied by having a folding shower screen.

Cleanliness, comfort, excellent breakfast and staff

Because the shower cabin in the bathroom was partially open, the floor would get wet and become slippery while taking a shower.

Breakfast was excellent and plenty of interesting food. The hotel location is perfect for holidays and close to all shops and restaurants as well as transport hubs. We had a very relaxing holiday in Deauville. everything
