The room was very well appointed. The bed was very comfy, nice bedding and pillows. There was a table, micro, and refrig. Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was awesome. Water and snacks provided. Tourist books for your use. Additional toiletries than the norm such as hand cream if you forgot yours. Many little extras. Jim was a gracious host. Very accommodating and super nice. Such a wonderful surprise! Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend. Thank you Jim for an awesome stay.

I liked everything!

The location and price were very good. Owner was very nice.

Listing is confusing. It is unclear that the room is actually within a condo and the owner's bedroom was across the hall. Another family stayed in the room downstairs and you could hear them through the floor. The refrigerator was loud and kicked on and off all night. Shower handle was difficult to turn on and the area rug needed a good vacuuming.

Jim is an excellent host! He gave great directions. Parking was free and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable and well-appointed - big screen tv, reliable wifi, good temp control, toiletries and hair dryer, lots of towels and coffeemaker/ microwave/fridge all in the room. In addition, he made us welcome to use the living room and kitchen. Great value for the price paid.

Friendly owner on site to welcome us. Room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. For the price, it was a very comfortable accommodation!

The only thing that might enhance the room would be a charging station, though plenty of outlets.

Jim was a wonderful host- he was very communicative and left the lights on for us when we arrived later than anticipated. The room was very spacious and the snacks and bottled water were a very kind touch. Highly recommend!

The accommodations were as presented online but I found under listings for a B&B and was disappointed that it wasn’t. It did provide a small frig, coffee maker and microwave, which did suffice for us. The bed was quite comfortable.

Self check-in, actually staying in the bedroom of someone’s home. Very little contact with a person and the location wasn’t ideal for pulling out on the road as cars drove fast on this road and the residential area in general.

It was a very peaceful and wonderful stay. Jim being in the apartment was almost like not present, but don’t take that in a negative way. Just ask him, he is ready to share any information. Their was a beautiful morning leisure that we enjoyed so much. So near to Jacob’s well, 0.5 mile maybe. Perfect!

Some dry issues for room.

Thoughtful convenient details like blow dryer, mini-fridge, coffee maker and plenty of outlets for charging. By far one of the most comfortable places I’ve stayed even compared to hotels.

The location was perfect for us since we were attending a stage production at a local theatre. The property is a couple minute drive from the square which has ample restaurants, bars, crafts and antique shops.

Comfortable B&B style offering. The whole space was very clean and cozy. There was everything you would need and more, felt very secure. I would suggest this to anyone needing a simple place to sleep and clean up.
