Staff are lovely. The restaurant is excellent. Rooms are very good with wonderfully soft beds. We would be happy to go there again but for one annoyance - the blaring trance 'music'.

Just one thing. The awful 'music" that is played via speakers right across the resort from 7am to 9.30pm is far too loud. It woke us up at 7am (who wants that on holiday?) - and almost drove us crazy. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights and moved to a hotel without loud 'music' penetrating into the rooms.

We had an amazing family vacation at Hyatt Place Goa Candolim and the stay was super comfortable! The staff made sure everything was taken care of, and their services were absolutely exceptional – catering to all our requirements with such warmth and efficiency. A special mention to Yogesh, Shahbaz, Kaif, Shubham, Arjun, Rajendra and Anany for their attentiveness and hospitality throughout our stay. At the reception, Ishika and Sourav were super humble and helpful, making our check-in and overall experience seamless. The culinary experience truly stood out – thanks to Chef Gurpreet. The food was outstanding, with xavuti and cafreal being absolute highlights. The laal maas, dal makhani, and gobhi adhraki were simply exceptional and unforgettable. Overall, a memorable stay with a team that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend Hyatt Place Candolim for anyone visiting Goa!

There were a couple of things that could be improved: • The extra bed in the room caused a bit of hassle. Perhaps a more comfortable and design-aligned setup could make the experience smoother for families. • The pool area tended to get overcrowded, especially with kids playing games and using float toys that took up much of the space. I could only enjoy a swim when it started raining and families left. A bit more regulation or setup to balance family fun with relaxation could really enhance the pool experience.

The location of the hotel was excellent, pretty close to Candolim beach and shopping market. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of varieties a great combination of Indian and western meals, nice and warm. Our room was on ground floor and close to the entrance which made it easily accessible to the pool and restaurant, bar and other amenities. If I remember correctly the names of servers in the restaurant including but not limited to Shabaz, Sweety, Sakshi, Shubham and if I have missed anyone were super friendly, courteous, always smiling and helpful when it comes to serving their customers. Their smile faces were so nice to see in the morning to start day fresh. Front staff and luggage guy including Sapna and Santosh respectively were always nice to talk to. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there.

In my opinion, although it's not a showstopper, it'd be nice to have more face towels and hand towels as well as bath towels if people wanna do their face or have multiple showers during the day due to humidity. Additionally, it'd be nice to install sliding door in the washroom just so that water won't flow all around the floor as well as we found floor little slippery though there was a safe place to stand and take a shower (still needed to be careful). However, cleanliness and design of the washroom exceeded our expectations certainly (no complaints there).

The hospitality at the Hotel lead amicably by Dhiman the AGM was outstanding. We were made at home since we arrived at the check in. The breakfast was sumptuous with excellent staff who go out of their way to help out. The rooms were very well maintained n cleaned well daily. Overall a very comfortable stay. I will never hesitate to come back again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed — the check-in process was quick, smooth, and made a great first impression. The rooms were spacious, neat, and well-maintained, with a decent balcony to enjoy some fresh air. Breakfast was also good, with a nice variety to start the day. Nice pool and kid friendly water toys are available. A special mention to the staff — every single one of them had a warm smile and was always ready to help, which truly added to the experience. Special mention to Shubham from the restaurant. Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

They do not have cab facility and outside vendors are very expensive! But it’s the same in all of Goa so cannot complain. We had dinner at the restaurant and the fish curry was bad. They used frozen fish and it just tasted so bland and smelly.

The hotel is located at a convenient place at the centre of Candolim. The hotel staff were helpful and prompt to provide any service requested. Clean room and well maintained swimming pool. We were to leave before the check out time at 6 am and requested some breakfast items to be packed as we would not able to eat breakfast at the hotel on the last day as it started at 7 pm. They promptly accepted our request and handed the packed items right at 6 am when we are about to leave. Some five star properties don't accept the request and I have experienced this before. But they were kind enough to accept our request. Highly recommended as the facilities provided are conducive for either family or official trip. However, the breakfast menu could have been better with the addition of more options of non-veg items. There were only two items which were served every morning. Seems the menu is more focused on catering the taste and needs of the domestic tourist especially from south and neighboring states. The addition of Asian food items to the menu may surely add to the value and acceptability of the hotel to all the general mass. The hotel looks small from the front unlike the typical grand and big 5 star hotel and also the hotel lobby looks normal without any charm of typical 5 star property, but don't deceive by these two minor hiccups as they have a very big and spacious campus at the back side of the front building akin to usual 5 star property.

Very clean , convenient and exceptionally courteous staff ( Manisha and Moon) . Spacious and luxurious rooms. Great Food.

Gymnasium didn’t have adequate equipments / machines

The location, staff and service were the best. I would definately visit again and recommened my family and friends. the staff espesialy was cordial and helpful.

I dont think there is anything major to dislike. A couple of things i would have liked 1. Instead of providing unilimited (free) botteled water in the room, if there was a facility to get a water dispenser or a water filter in the room itself, would have been better for the evironment. Reduce plastic. 2. Would have liked If the hotel had an airport pick up and drop service. (of course chargable)

Great location, whatever facilities are there are great! Absolutely 5 star clean rooms and toilets. Fully equipped with gels, tea coffee! Bed and pillows were perfectly clean, cozy and comfortable. Food is good too. The Pool is clean (I did swim for my workout) and bar at poolside is nice pad to chill. Pravin at the bar is every smiling and happy to serve. He served us drinks post 10pm and also got us some munching food! Thankful to the reception lady for giving us pool facing rooms! Housekeeping is perfect!

I was surprised that there was no soft music at the pool side bar! It would have made sitting there more relaxing for sure. I did miss the Spa to go to after a long night of partying!
