The room service folk were excellent. The bar tender(s) were amazing. The concierge folk were fantastic.

Our check in was a mess. - The font desk is not labelled. - When we got there, there was nobody staffing it. We mulled around until somebody took pity on us and asked how we were doing. Did not like the fact that hotel guests could not get dinner reservation. We had to compete with the public and residents.

Staff was exceptional. Macaroons in the room were a nice touch. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. My daughter was surprised by and excited about the proper afternoon tea setup she received! Wine options were good.

Food was average, though we only had breakfast and late night soup on arrival. Could use hooks by shower door to hang robe/towel. We were there at xmas and hoped for more seasonal flare, but that did not affect our experience one way or the other. I could never get signed onto the app. I did not book thru F.S. which seems to have been the problem as my email and phone number were not recognized. I am sure front desk could have sorted in no time, so not a big deal, just FYI re user interface.

Great location, close to everything you want to see. Beautiful pool area overlooking the water. Great little touches.

The only thing we didn’t like was that they had full size beds instead of queen beds. The room was spacious and could definitely accommodate 2 queen beds. We have a family of 4 and cannot fit into 2 full beds. We had to get a rollaway which fit well in the spacious room but queen beds were what I thought we had booked.

Everyone from the porter and the doorman to the front desk to the spa staff were kind and considerate in typical 4 seasons fashion. Very polite, very professional. Make you feel at home when you're traveling which is very nice. You get what you pay for but it sure ain't cheap.

Quality isn't cheap these days but then again what is? Expensive but it's probably the best service you can get in Seattle.

THE SEATTLE FOUR SEASONS HOTEL IS CENTRALLY LOCATED. walking distance to Pikes Market, the Ferry pier, The Seattle Art Museum. Easy Uber/car service to The Air and Flight museum, the Seattle Needle, Dale Chilhuily gardens, and more. The pool is heated and lush towels are offered on each chaise. Bar / Food service is available. the restaurant doesn’t disappoint in the various menus offered. There is a FRANS CHOCOLATE SHOP TO TGE RIGHT OF THE LOBBY!!!❤️

There were some initial difficulties with processing a payment from a European credit/debit card. I explained how I did this before in NYC, but they didn’t want to try this. This unfortunately delayed our check in after a long flight. The next day we tried exactly what I explained and it worked.

This property was so amazing! The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, it was definitely the perfect property to stay at and I am so glad we had the opportunity to enjoy all the wonderful amenities! It was close to Pike Place Market and close to other things we may have needed during our stay there! Highly recommend and we can’t wait to stay there again when we are in town!

The breakfast menu was extensive and all items we tried were lovely. We loved our room, so luxurious and comfortable with a great view. The sun deck and pool was well set out and the bartenders really looked after you.

Was not aware of th 3rd Ave issues in Seattle. At night, the area around the hotel looked very empty and although I avoided the problematic area, I did not feel safe. Nothing to do with the hotel and property, but feeling safe is part of the full experience.
