The locations was fine, next to the beach. Staff were very friendly and I like that they offered dining outside of traditional breakfast option.

I was told about evening dining, when I attempted to order food Monday night was told kitchen was closed on Sunday and Monday, something that should have been mentioned when I checked in and was given flyer announcing the opposite. They even had a menu sitting out just to tease!! At times the check in staff were not responsive when there were people waiting for service, being overly conversational with a customer while the rest of us waited and waited for someone to help.

Check-in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable, Beach Access was amazing. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I didn't like that breakfast wasn't really included with the room. It was an extra fee. Parking explicitly states the extra fee, but breakfast wasn't explicitly stated, or I missed that. I probably would have chosen a different location had I payed closer attention to that. I just think the room was too pricey to not include breakfast in the rates.

The rooms are spacious and very nice! Staff was polite and helpful!

The pool could be bigger and cleaner. I watched staff clean the pool that morning but did not see them skim the pool to remove the debris from the previous day. It was very, very dirty! I didn't care to get in. Because of that reason, I will look for other hotels in the area. Also, it would be nice if they offered lunch. We had to leave to go get lunch.

We did not eat breakfast there so I don't know how it was, but we've never stayed anywhere that we paid for the breakfast. Usually it's included in the price. The lady who checked us in was super nice and fast. The hotel is in a great location and it is right on the beach. The room was very clean. The pool & hot tub area were nice.

I was disappointed in booking.com. I thought breakfast was included, as it usually is in other hotel chains we stay in. Our room had a side view of the beach from the balcony but did not face the beach.The room had few towels but we did request more & they brought them. I have never stayed in a hotel where we paid for parking. For the price, it was not my favorite. Next time I will try a different beach or try to find a better priced hotel in Gulf Shores. Also they need more luggage carts. Again, the staff was super nice.

We loved that the hotel is right on the beach and also that it has a pool and hot tub. The balcony that gave us a view of the gulf was also a plus.

We had no hot water in the mornings for showers, and we could not get housekeeping to come remove trash and used towels and such. Not sure why. We actually requested them to come and still no service. They did comp us a couple days and gave us free parking because of the problem.

Your staff is exceptional. They went above-and-beyond to make me completely happy. Kyndasia is especially outstanding. She was everything-and-more who anyone could want in someone who is helping them to be comfortable and pleased. I am absolutely ecstatic with my four days at your hotel in Orange Beach, Alabama. I will stay there every time I go to Orange Beach. The room was perfect: lovely, comfortable and large. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and staff.

Veronica at the front desk was amazing, helping us to get an oceanfront room. The pool was great and just refreshing enough. The beach was a quick walk from our room and the parking garage made it so easy to access our beach chairs from our car. The beds were comfortable and I loved having a refrigerator and microwave. The keurig coffee maker was a big plus too.

The breakfast buffet that we paid for in our room rate was cold and two mornings we had to take the food to go so we could warm it up in our microwave.

Veronica and Bridget up front were wonderful. Very polite and attentive to our every need. Donavon from housekeeping was great. Always greeting us with a smile no matter if he was in the middle of working, he always had a smile when we walked by. From the front to the back of the house, everything was wonderful. We ordered a burger fairly late one evening and it appeared to be no problem at all. It was good as well, cooked to my liking and served with a smile.

The vacation didn't last long enough.

Loved our room view of the ocean. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. Ethan (front desk) person went above and beyond to help me regarding local vets for pets. He printed me a list of the vets around the hotel and gave me some helpful hints to help our pet adjust to the climate at the beach. I feel like everyone did a super job to make sure we had a nice stay.

They did everything to ensure the guest was happy. Just keep doing what you are doing! There is nothing that I didn't like.

Loved the location, the pool area and our balcony/view. The staff was all so nice. They always said hello or good morning/afternoon/evening and did anything they could to help us. Nicest hotel staff I’ve encountered in awhile.

Totally normal for a beach hotel, but the areas on the way to the pool and beach access were a little worn, as were the elevators. Again, normal for beach. These hotels take a beating in peak season with all the sand and water. Not a big issue. Our room was remodeled and perfectly clean.
