Modern, clean, quiet room with nice view on mountain but still in a city. Fine breakfast, little garden and swimming pool included! Good value for the money!

Parking is available and under a roof but is a bit limited (you need to leave the key at the reception so that the security can replace it if someone wants to leave before you). Maybe a tip is to add some chairs to the room or balcony so you can sit together in or in front of the room.

The location is very good if you want a quiet place away from traffic noise. The room was spacious enough to fit two adults and on child. There is a lift for the three storey hotel. Breakfast was a four-star buffet. Breakfast staff was very helpful, especially Mr. Sam. The swimming pool and gym were add-on to the hotel - Bravo!!! I booked for two nights but extended my stay in the same hotel up to three more nights because of the service and the facilities. I again applaud all members of staff for the excellent service - keep it up.

Nothing to complain about.

The property is an older one but well maintained. Housekeeping staff are excellent, and breakfast was varied enough and filling. Staff were very accommodating and eager to assist. We enjoyed our stay!

Hot water for showers could be an issue sometimes in the evenings.

JOHN NOEL HELPED US WITH LUGGAGE ALL THE WAY TO OUR ROOM. He served us orange juice upon arrival and gave us two free bottles of water for our room. All the staff friendly and helpful. John told us we would have free access to sauna and pool. Very clean. There was free full delicious breakfast. Very pleased.

I like the size of the room. It was clean n the staffs were friendly, helpful and caring.

I would prefer the sauna was on from this time to that time running. I couldn't enjoy it as I have to give 30mins in advance notice so that they can heat it. I would suggest if they have put it on different time on it would give the guests an idea when to use it as wen u are on holiday one doesn't have enough time. But the lady at the reception was very friendly and did say that she can heat it in 30mins. The room I was I didn't get signal on my phone but once I was outside my room there were signal everywhere in the building. The decor is very beautiful nice n lovely garden at the back n lots of facilities in the villa. The breakfast was very nice. Fresh fruit juice, grapes eggs cereals etc.

Great Location as it's near Metro station and also bus station. Nearby is Main market which means lot of restaurants, supermarket, shops, etc. Helpful and Friendly hotel staff, Nice Breakfast including boiled eggs, omelette, Breads, Fruits, Cereal, Tea, Coffee, yogurt. Beautiful clean swimming pool . Rooms have small fridge, hot wster Kettle, and even digital safe to keep valuables.

Lack of tea/coffee in the rooms, Lack of water filter for guests to have free access to drinking water, No Entertainment facilities at the hotel itself

The atmosphere. It is very peaceful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good

Wifi - At times quality was not too good.

This hotel offers basic and deluxe rooms, we were not aware of deluxe we had booked basic. The room was basic, but it was very clean. The facilities available were very basic. I will emphasize on both clean and basic and will add convenient for the location. Breakfast was included and was ok. It is a budget resort and as such it delivers. Our stay was pleasant. Walking to the Quatre Bornes, metro stop, market as well as shops and restaurants was no trouble. It is close to everything. I would advise travellers to carry their own toiletries, tissues, snacks, drinks and hair dryer. There is no mini bar either. The hotel does give 2 bottles of water.

The bedsheets did not fit the bed and kept coming out.

a bit noisy with some kids running around during the first 2-3 days of our stay but it was settled the next teaming days until check out!

The staff was friendly and courteous upon welcome and throughout our whole stay. The breakfast was good and filling. Hotel was clean and rooms were cleaned everyday if the room key is left at the hotel.

There were some noise from some sports delegations staying at the hotel and no WiFi availability from our room on the third floor. Had to go down to the first floor or the courtyard to have internet access.
