Two things that threw my anxiety for a loop was parking... Had a hard time locating parking ramp but that was solved with a phone call that resulted me being on hold for 5 min and i think they forgot about me cause my boyfriend called off his phone and he was helped right away. Lol And the awesome shuttle service gentleman named Don,whom showed us the way. Second, they couldn't find my reservation so it took awhile to find it. (Known to happen with third party booking so no big deal) The receptionist/lobby clerk was super kind and fun, I believe her name was Brooklyn........ i think........Made sure we got to our Comedy show on time by setting up a shuttle. Than I cannot tell you how thankful I am to have ran into Don at the parking ramp, what a kind man. He drove us to our show and picked us up. My boyfriend and him got along great and for some weird reason I felt super safe with this guy, like he looks out for his people and is genuine. Huge kudos to him. He made our stay. I still think hotels should at least let you stay for 24 hrs for the price you pay. Check in at 4, check out at 4 kinda deal. Maybe you guys could be the first! Hoping to come back for another stay soon!

The hot tub in the room was very nice, and relaxing. The room was everything me and my partner could have asked for. The hotel staff was amazing with the holiday season and constant people coming in.

In the suite it was right in front of the hotel pool and hot tub. This made it where once the pool opened up you where able to hear all the kids and adults screaming and etc.

Location was very good. The staff was excellent at the front desk. My husband ate breakfast there and enjoyed his meal. The faucet in the bathroom spewed water all over the sink. I do believe from the aeration . It was annoying to have to dry the counter top with each use. Used the shuttle service once. Free and was an extra bonus. Free parking is always a winner for me. Julie at the bar went over and above with excellent service.

My mom, daughter, & I came to Duluth for some sightseeing. The room was clean and the staff were so nice. I was texted right after our check in to make sure the room was to our satisfaction or if we needed anything. It was attached to the Skywalk and you had everything you needed without having to drive anywhere. Definitely recommend and would stay there again for sure.

My only complaint was the amount of chlorine is the hot tub but I understand why it needed to be that way. Oh the pool was not heated.

I liked the "suites" aspect, that I could close the bedroom door (and not hear the pool), also have the living room to do something else and not disturb a sleeper!

There was a jam of people and cars at the entrance, inside the ramp. It was more work to unload our bags in a ramp with two different elevators (ramp and hotel, separate elevators). Maybe we don't use downtown hotels very often.

Great location. Connected to the Skywalk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The pool on the 8th floor was very cold, but a hot tub was available for adults. Parking lot was packed - many people were not actually staying at the hotel. If you stayed at the hotel, parking was free though. Directions to the Skywalk was a bit confusing.

Cleanliness, decor, overall large place. Matt was very helpful & friendly. Liked that there are 2 pools and access to places (coffee place) via the Skywalk. Included garage parking was great! Good location to get to Canal Park.

Not in your control but the street that the garage entrance is on is scary. We had a view of it from our room and witnessed some "interesting" goings on. Nothing worthy of 911. Didn't feel we could walk to Canal Park even though it was within walking distance.

Location was great. We walked everywhere from the hotel. The Canal Walk was right out the hotel door and we enjoyed walking along Lake Superior and watching barges go under the famous Bridge. The Lyric restaurant in the hotel was excellent also.

price was a little more than we wanted to spend, but worked out.

the toliets continue to run for up to 5 minutes and was really loud, including other rooms that flushed. AC shut down in the middle of the night and the room got really hot, and took forever to cool off. Had to buy adapters for phones/devices since they were not on the walls, lamps, or nightstand. All other holiday inn have them that we have stayed in.

The jacuzzi was a 10/10 as well as the bed.

The LED lighting. And the fact the blinds were closed but could still see the lights from the pool area. Ice machine was also not working. Carpet in bedroom smelt weird. Guessing from the jacuzzi?
