The room we had was perfect for our one night stay! Comfortable and clean. The room had a microwave, tv, refrigerator, one queen sized bed, night stands, 2 chairs a desk and table area and best of all no carpeted flooring which I feel is more sanitary. The bathroom was large and had a tub shower combo with the sink outside the door for use while someone else is in the shower. The room was plain and spacious! Check in was easy and parking was close to the room. We had a 2nd floor room. The motel staff were polite and helpful! We were given enough towels for our stay and the room was cool when we arrived for our comfort! Plenty of space to set suitcases and hang items.

There was a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door possibly from having had carpeting before. I would feel safer if that wasn't there.

Room was clean, neatly furnished, European in having only what was needed and short on decoration (but I didn't need decoration). Everything worked (fridge, HVAC, WIFI, microwave, lights). Bed was comfortable. Toilet, sink, bathtub all clean. Coffee was available soon after 4 a.m. in the lobby.

Keycard for entrance at bottom of stairs required multiple passes (and another visitor said he had the same problem with his key). However, same keycard worked without a problem for actual room. Some visitors might not like the industrial neighborhood.

Excellent handicap accessible bathroom. The bars were in the correct positions around the toilet and in the bath. The bath bench was sturdy. Liked the freezer unit in the small refrigerator. The room is minimalist but meets a traveler's needs. LVF flooring seems as though it keeps the whole room cleaner. Good value. Location has access to restaurants, liquor store, and convenience stores within walking distance of the motel parking lot. If one is looking for a resort type ambience this is not the place but excellent for travelers needing a place to rest before journeying on.

The lights around the bed are a little confusing as where to turn them on and off

Clean room, clean bathroom, and the front desk called our room and asked if we needed anything! They also allowed us to be on 1st floor, they changed us from a Handicapped room that was only available when I booked, to a regular room; so we would have a fridge! So the person at the front desk went above and beyond for us!

Kinda loud outside the hotel by the highway and with construction, but didn't affect sleep, thankfully!

The Room was very clean however, the Motel is quite dated and I have to say I was very shocked about the bed in the first room we booked into, it kind of like an Army Cot but bigger. I had to kinda chuckle when we first arrived, but all in all it was a place to lay our head and I have to say it was extremely clean. Most of all Your Staff is AMAZING!!! So friendly... ALL OF THEM AND VERY HELPFUL. :) Your Motel was 99.9% Better than what we stayed at in Las Vegas!!! At least what you say on your website is 100% TRUE!! We Stayed at 1 of the Top Hotels in Vegas - it didn't have a Coffee Maker or Microwave!!!! I have yet to sit and compose myself to write my review on that Hotel, but I can assure you it WILL NOT BE FAVORABLE!!!

It was well positioned for us to experience Duluth in a quick way. It was clean and comfortable. And it’s next to one of the most incredible restaurants that I know. The Duluth Grill is exceptional in so many ways. All organic, multi dietary options, great flavors.

There was no coffee in the room. Minor inconvenience.

Good bed, big room and big bathroom. Though basic accommodation, it was perfect. Everything in Duluth was expensive so, it felt expensive(!) The neighborhood had better than expected amenities!

It s a little un-impressive in the halls and outside but...I paid for a nice clean comfortable room so...pretty happy.

Great location, room was larger than expected and very clean.

Pricey for what you got. But it was the cheapest we could find in Duluth. Our friends had to relocate to a different room because of a leaky ceiling. Their room should have been comped.

The place was updated and clean. We had an issue with water not draining in the tub and they were on it right away. The staff was very proactive and on top of our maintenance concerns.

The shower/bathtub could have been cleaned better. There was grime in the shower cracks still. The rest of our room was clean

It is always clean, roomy and convenient.

I would like to have a box of Kleenex in the room. Also, we had 1 washcloth and it was so thin I could see through it. We would like at least 2 cloths and in much better condition. This one was ready for the garage.
