The property is beautiful and well maintained. So close to the concerts, we were able to watch from our room. Most of the staff was really friendly. There is a lot for families to do there. We will be back.

We were told the shuttle was first come first serve. We waited in line for a half an hour. When the shuttle got there, the driver took all the people going to the event center and we had to wait again. I asked the desk person about it and she said she would talk to the manager. She said if we waited for the shuttle to get back, she would talk to the driver. Nothing was done.

The view and outdoor seating sold us on this place; it couldn't be better. The sheets were high quality, the towels were really nice and thick. The distance to Canal Park was great, it was an easy walk.

We weren't impressed with the slow internet speed, you had to pay $10/day extra for higher speed, which is crazy considering how much the rooms cost. The shower was odd; the flow/pressure was low, there was no real shower door, just a half door and the rest was open. We weren't a big fan of the extra resort fee on top of the room cost. We had no use for any of the features it included--I doubt many did.

We were in town for a music festival at Bayfront and loved the view and being able to listen to sound check on the deck. The hotel was extremely busy yet the staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the basketball and pickleball courts, the outdoor hot tub, the bar, restaurant and especially the outdoor fire pits with the best smelling wood. We look forward to returning to enjoy the outdoor sauna. Pier B is the best hotel we have ever stayed at in Duluth!

Had an even numbered room with an outside patio on the second floor. Loved sitting outside and enjoying the view of the lift bridge. Even without the private area, there were enough outdoor spaces for everyone to enjoy. So nice that there were wood fire pits for all to enjoy on the water's edge. And even smores to eat . Kelsie and Marin were so friendly when we checked in. They made the process easy and that always makes the day brighter.

there is not a lot of convenient parking, unloading , yes, but regular parking not so much. If it is open when you need it, grab it, but otherwise you must walk a little. Would have liked to have some sweatpants available for purchase. Thought it strange the room was not cleaned daily, would have been nice to have the bed made, at least. I understand the "Green" about not changing linens when one is staying more than one night, but having the bed made up would have been nice. Silo restaurant was good and both indoor and outdoor seating had a nice view.

It was an amazing getaway, we booked our next stay in 5 weeks during Bentleyville 2025. We brought our Dog and even on the pet floor we heard nothing, super quiet. Staff was amazing!! This will be our go-to getaway.

We certainly enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, this was the main reason we originally booked, I would just say it could have been a bit hotter and more jet power, but we did make good use of it.

Beautiful facilities with a great view of Bentleyville. Concrete construction made for a quiet stay. The outdoor hottub overlooking Duluth Harbor was great!

With a restaurant on site, I missed the free breakfasts offered by other area hotels. The one pot of coffee in the lobby was a bit light for a beverage center. I also wished the bedding was a bit heavier in weight and warmth. I should have asked for an e Tra blanket. The resort feel was great, but it comes with a price.

It was very clean. Everyone at the desk was very friendly. The pool & hot tub was wonderful.

We had a bad experience at dinner Friday evening. We were sat at a booth in the corner near the water. We sat for 10 minutes no one waited on us, my son wanted to go to the room to grab something so my husband took him, he told the host or someone at the front no one had waited on us letting them know I was at the table. I waited another 10 or so minutes and when my family came back we just left as no one had come to wait on us. The host or waitress for our area should’ve been looking but we were placed in the corner and forgotten about. We ended up leaving for dinner which was upsetting as we’d hope to stay on the property but found a great burger place not too far away.

Restaurant staff a bit snotty about my not having a reservation for Saturday night dinner. They tried to put me at a high top right by the kitchen door and snorted “we only have a high top all the lake tables are reserved”. Welp, turns out they had a high top with a nice lake view for my party of three. Great place overall, I’ll be back but please save the attitude.

Pier B never disappoints with its rooms, amenities, and food; they are all excellent. I love the comfy beds and the peaceful feeling the location brings me. The staff are friendly and quick to help. Canal Park is an amazing shopping area and close to the hotel.

Truth be told, I have stayed at this location many times, and everything has always been excellent. There are no complaints that I can think of.

The view of the harbor was spectacular. The room was beautiful. The accommodations, including the ride to Bentlyville was nice. Outdoor Hot tub and the sauna are epic. We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. The facility and views were awesome. Definitely Duluth's finest and most unique place to stay. We will come again on special occasions.

The luggage cart had a flat tire or something like that. It was a challenge to maneuver the cart. I overheard the front desk staff suggesting I was looking for a coupon or something like that when I expressed concern about parking as it appeared non-hotel guests were taking up all the open spaces. I was unaware the depth and size of the lot and that the parking lot was monitored. Not a huge deal, however I felt awkward when I overheard that.
