The location is great! Easy to get around if you’re walking. Nice view from our room. Cool rooftop restaurant. Free parking. Secure WIFI. Having a microwave and small fridge (that worked well). Clean facilities. Nice towels. Liked the free morning coffee and water in the afternoon- nice to get a cold water after coming in from traveling or being out and about.

Hot tub was down- we were looking forward to taking a hot tub after a day out on a motorcycle. A $100 hold on our card for damages- over 24 hours- I thought the hold on the deposit was too long. Pot smokers outside the building the telltale odor came into our 6th floor room- NOT THE FAULT OF THE HOTEL- but it caused me a worry since I’m a not a smoker- will I be charged?? Went through my mind. Really small bathroom- just need to be creative if you have a lot of items- not much counter space. No complimentary breakfast- it would be nice to do a reduced charge/voucher for the rooftop restaurant for guests.

The room was great, and the the over all facility was good. The Resturant Horizon 360 was just a delight.

The elevators.. when it’s busy it can be a while, plus the sounds of stretching wire twinges as they move can be a bit unsettling. I know it’s an older building… and it’s probably safer than most. Still was loud enough to be quite noticeable. Parking, once again. The location has been where it’s at for some time. But there little comfort given when told to do the best you can to park. Downtown areas are notorious for towing vehicles, and to be honest, if I knew the problem to this extreme I would have looked elsewhere for accommodations.

It was disappointing not be roomed facing the Lake but I didn't request to move. I would recommend more training for the breakfast restaurant staff. We had to ask for more coffee on more than one occasion and for the dishes to be removed when we were finished.

My family and I liked the location and the facilities. We enjoyed the pool. The front desk staff were very helpful and the room was very clean compared to other places I’ve stayed.

Parking was cramped and overfilled. The only other available parking is not overnight. They offered us daily housekeeping after COVID, but the staff never came and picked up our room or emptied the trash. And the elevator is scary on account of the noises it makes.

The room had microwave and a (tiny, but acceptable) fridge, which was really handy. We could get by easily. The breakfast, though not quite cheap nor expensive, was good.

The TV didn't work at all! You could watch it by the morning, but it was impossible at night! It got stuttering and the audio went away, it was a terrible experience.

Our room was perfectly amenitized for a couple. We are very particular and everything we look for was there.

This is an older hotel so decor and condition are not top notch. The food in the restaurant was not that great but the view was spectacular and our server was wonderful.

The coffee was weak; restaurant choices weren't very extensive. The elevators weren't quite working- sometimes they wouldn't start moving, other times took us to the wrong floor. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional at all times.

The location and easy parking. It was very easy to navigate.

The room had hairs in the bathroom counter/|sink and old soap was left in the shower. The tv would glitch out randomly. Sometimes the elevator was a really long wait.

Have stayed 3 times. Great place, great staff.

It had nothing to do with the hotel itself but the elevator could not keep up with the traffic and amount of people staying. Twice in the 2 nights had to wait over 10 minutes for the elevator.

The first night my shower head just dribbled water. I made the best of it. Maintaine came and fixed my shower. Something was broken in the valve. The second night it worked fine. That should have been fixed before I rented the room.
