The room had plenty of room and at least two chairs (a must for two people), was clean (even the carpet looked clean), the breakfast had lots of choices (although it was a bit confusing to find where all the elements were located), parking was a little tight, but accessible. My husband said the exercise room was in good condition and the equipment he used all worked.

The front desk staff was busy and not quite as friendly as I would have expected, although they were efficient. There was one gentleman who was keeping things picked up and clean at the breakfast area, but his pants were falling down. I do NOT need to know what color underwear someone is wearing. He was efficient but not properly dressed, in my opinion.

We were greeted warmly at check-in by Vivian and were pleased to discover that our room was large and comfortable and had a balcony (all rooms do). There were plenty of healthy options available at breakfast. The hotel has a few fun offerings - happy hour with free chips or pretzels and a s'mores bar in the evening. When the weather is warm, you can sit outside near the boats in the marina. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, but is close enough to walk to Canal Park.We would definitely stay there again.

We giggled a bit about the "lounge," which was really just an alcove around the corner from the front desk. No real complaints, though.

The Park Point Marina Inn was clean, comfortable, and offered an affordable stay with all the essentials--good for a family trip. Its location by the marina made it a peaceful and scenic spot, perfect for anyone planning to spend time by the water and the Superior beaches were close by. Overall, it was a great value for a relaxing and well-kept place to stay.

It was a bit removed from the main Canal Park area, so getting to restaurants and shops required a short walk or quick drive and it seemed like the hotel shuttles could be more frequent or even on-demand.

Location, staff, amenities. Amazing staff, amazing breakfast. Pool area clean, main areas clean.

Unfortunately the marina started construction the day prior to check in. We booked a lake view room but were unable to utilize our balcony due to the construction, loud banging etc both on the day we arrived and the construction crew started again at 8am. The manager was very apologetic and it wasn’t his fault, yet the main reason we chose this hotel and lake view room was to sit in the balcony which we were unable to do.

Good location. Quiet area close to Canal Park; just watch the ship schedules for anything large coming through that may take a while. The nightly s'mores bar was a hit with our kids. The breakfast featured a toppings bar, too, for their waffles. Their happy hour drink specials were tasty and came with bonus snacks. I also enjoyed the nautical decor touches throughout.

I have no complaints. I was concerned there might be boat traffic noise being right on the marina and there wasn't anything noticeable.

Loved the decor and amenities and the comfortable room. The staff was also extremely helpful when we had a few issues. Very easy to find and they had some great breakfast and happy hour events. Great beer selection too!

The only thing that would have improved the stay would be having the hotel shuttle run to Canal Park, and ideally, downtown Duluth more often and not only on-demand. While close to the beach, the hotel was a bit removed from bars and restaurants.

check in staff was awesome. The breakfast buffet was absolutely great; the staff working there kept everything full and ready for guests, they took such good care of all the tables and were super pleasant! we loved all the seating for guests, it was plentiful and lots of room. Our room was so so clean and the housekeepers deserve a big thanks too; very clean and comfortable.

I loved the view and the smorrs bar. We were greeted right away with smiles and politeness. The beds were comfortable the room was clean and breakfast in the morning was great. Within walking distance of Canal street. I wish I would have found this place years ago.

I cannot think of anything I did not like. I will definitely be back again, this time with my husband. This time I was here on family business.

A real attention to cleanliness and detail. Staff attentive, called our room 1 hour after arriving for a quality check ! ( texted as well ) Who does that !? Rooms and bathrooms large and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Microwave and bar fridge in room. Linens very clean. Pool sauna and hot tub clean well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate . Scrambled Eggs, sausage, waffles ( with toppings ) ,toast muffins and yougurt . Coffee tea ,orange juice, and lemon water available 24x7. Had a SMORES making station in the evening!! ( seasonal according to staff, spring onwards to fall ) Hot lemongrass infused towels to refresh oneself!! Staff kept this breakfast and seating area spotless. A small bar and food options available after breakfast. An outdoor seating area with a childrens play set was on the marina side and was nice to have. The long beautiful beach of park point was a 2 minute walk away. Very nice beach miles long. A walk to canal park bars and restaurants 10 minutes ( we walked) .Hotels here priced MUCH higher. I have stayed all over the world 11/10 . price point very good!

They didnt have free foot rubs and 5 course meals....kidding! over expectations.

Most of clerks at front desk friendly and helpful. Nice selection of food at breakfast. Room very clean and appreciated lake view. Smores great!

Late check in, 4:00 p. m. We got there earlier to see if chance to check in early and clerk said she would call when they were ready for check in We never heard from her, just came back at 4:00. Coffee seemed watered down. Really a disappointment.
