The LOCATION was absolutely wonderful! While our unit did not include a parking spot, we did have a parking pass for street parking and honestly, we felt this was the BEST parking available. Keep in mind our stay was during the week, so it wasn't too busy, as if it was during weekend! Our unit was perfect for the two of us. It has a partial ocean view, but best believe you can hear the waves crashing along the shore, from the unit/windows. We kept our window open just so we could hear it! While we did have a shared wall, we didn't hear our neighbors at all. However, our last night we had neighbors above us and they were a bit loud. WE didn't bother complaining since it was our last night, but do note, there could be noise from your neighbors if you get one of two units available on the property. To our surprise and maybe I missed this when booking, there was two beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit! We had plans on using them, but our morning adventures, lasted all day, so we made due on the beach as is! To my second surprise, I discovered coffee, creamer, and raw sugar available! Small. but mighty surprises! The pier, restaurants, and shops is just a short 10- 15 minute walk from the location. Check-in and check-out, were super easy. We truly felt safe and enjoyed our stay! We do plan to return.

There isn't anything I'd change, other than knowing which units we're renting next.

LOCATION!!! Walk to the beach, pier and downtown easily. Very clean, well equipped (kitchen, etc). Easy self check in instructions. Fairly good view of the ocean from Unit 6. Permitted street parking with Unit 6 was issue free, although may be a bit more difficult getting a space in high season. (Units 1-5 have on site parking)

The bed was a bit soft for me, could use a light in the closet. Like every accommodation I have ever stayed in, inadequate bathroom lighting. An extra shelf in the bathroom would also be nice, limited counter space for 2 people and our toiletries. I was a bit disappointed to find a non-Weber grill under the Weber grill cover, but I didn't use it, so not a big deal. I'm a Weber fanatic BTW, if you know, you know.

This location can’t be beat. You are in walking distance to downtown Oceanside and the ocean is literally right across the street. Sitting on the deck overlooking the Strand is a fun activity in and of itself. And, the kitchen, while small, was functional and had everything we truly needed (as we cook breakfast every morning). The communications received from the staff was amazing, and the contactless check in was seamless. For the value, Pacific Villas can’t be beat.

With a location this close to the ocean, there is bound to be normal wear and tear caused by concentrated salt water. And, just a heads up, the beach in front of the villas really isn’t ‘walkable’ or a place to hang out given the sea levels.

Location cannot be beat. Right at the ocean. Staff is fantastic and very responsive to questions. They also give very good suggestions for entertainment and dining around the property. Very welcoming.

The only thing that is an issue with number 5 is the neighbors above. You can hear everything . In our particular case they could not sleep and were walking around the entire night. As a result,we could not sleep. Try to avoid this one when booking. On the other hand who walks around the entire freaking night.

Location - probably the closest I've been to the ocean in any property I've stayed at, and it was an easy & enjoyable walk to the pier, Mission St, food/bars, etc. And staff was also a 10! In particular Lauren & Hope; both ladies were super helpful with getting my reservation booked as well as giving suggestions on restaurants, etc. Unit was perfect size as well and was nice to have kitchen/living room/balcony vs just being in a hotel room. Would def stay here again.

Parking is tight; just be aware especially if you have a large SUV, etc. If you're in units 3-6, you have to drive through a 'tunnel' (basically going under units 1 & 2) and it's very tight. If you're not a good driver, or struggle with driving in reverse, you may want to park one block east and walk to your unit. Also no AC (at least not in my unit) - this is more of an fyi since there was a breeze blowing 24/7 and I had my balcony door and windows open the whole time anyway

It was in a great location to the beach, restaurants and ebike rentals. Just what we needed. We even saw a few pods of dolphins from our balcony. We will be coming back.

I don’t have any complaints but it could use some updated wine glasses.

The location was great. Was able to walk along the strand to places we were visiting and didn’t have to drive. Ocean view from balcony. Updated shower. Host responded to questions quickly.

It’s an older building. No central heat or air. Had a portable heater that didn’t work when we first arrived, but once we called, someone brought us a new one within a couple of hours. The small parking area for the back units was hard to maneuver

Can’t beat the location ❣️ The views/sounds of the waves are amazing and one can walk pretty much everywhere downtown Oceanside and the pier. Also not having the usual cleaning fee was refreshing. The turn down service seems much more reasonable and appealing when booking for only a couple nights.

It’s a Beach property with quite some deferred maintenance. But priced well. There was nothing we missed while staying the two nights. Thank you.

The location was superb. Easy access to condo from the back gate made for easy loading and unloading. Loved the deck and could see the ocean. The washer and dryer area was awesome! Parking spot provided off street. There was a BBQ, but we didn't use it. Beach chairs were provided.

The toilet was very close to the wall. My husband is 6.2, so he had a harder time than I did.

I had the best time ever, it was Mothers Day, 2 of my kids and grandkids came out and spent the day with me on the beach! I want to return soon, in August sometime. Thank you, to the staff for making it possible. Made beauriful priceless memories. Im grateful.
