Exceptional value for money. A no-frill 5-star facility at an excellent location. Restaurants and movie halls within the building.

I don’t expect anything more at this cost. However management may look at the BF facility which is slightly mismanaged. At times there is shortage of coffee cups and salt dispensers. I stayed there for five days and had to steal butter from other tables because they don’t refill.

The staff at Pride Plaza are quite attentive and service-oriented. If there are any other flaws, the staff work hard to redress the same. Like to name Rahul at the front desk for exceptional performance. I do not remember other names, as the name plates are not clear.

Luchi should be less thicker. Breakfast and dinner are good, but not excellent. Choler dal for breakfast should be there. Carpets stink. You should remove them and create a better flooring.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful stay at your hotel. The room was ammaculate, and the front office staffs went above and beyond to ensure our comfort . The ammenities provided, especially the pool and complimentary breakfast added extra enjoyment to our trip. We truely felt like valued guest which Ms.Riya from front office made us feel like. The room was nice. Clean and tidy. Had a nice aromatic smell all around. No problem with the food either. The bathroom had both cold and hot water running so that was nice.

The air conditioning was very bad inside the room. There's no fan either. It got very hot as cold air just wouldn't come out of the central AC. There was no bathroom slippers or bathing robe.

Sunanda was superb at the reception. She helped a lot till we receive a car to the airport. She made all the provisions. Thanks for her hospitality. Thanks to the hospitality of Pride Plaza . Love you Kolkata. Preparing to visit again. See you soon.

One of the standout features of the hotel is its spacious and well-appointed rooms. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with all the necessary amenities such as flat-screen TVs, minibars, and free Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are also said to be modern and well-maintained. Good dining options to suit all tastes, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty Indian restaurant, and a bar that serves a wide selection of drinks and cocktails. The hotel also has a range of facilities to keep guests entertained, including a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa. The spa offers a range of treatments and massages that are designed to relax and rejuvenate the body and mind.

The location of the hotel is very easy to acess. The ambience of the hotel is very good. Whenever we entered the hotel the welcome given to us with Arti Tika and welcome drink was very heartouching. Ms Adithi was excellent she is very helpful with a great smile on her face.Food was excellent and the rooms were very neatly maintained. We will refer this hotel to everyone.

The location, the service and the overall stay was lovely. The staff was cordial and friendly. Would like to mention Sabrina who not only helped with the check-in but was informative on the places to visit and to eat. it was a perfect trip.

The breakfast was medicore. It had basic options and the sad part was the breakfast had no bengali cusine. No sweets, no savoury item. Also, it was same everyday. The hotel should look at this problem. It gets boring if you stay for more than 2 days.

Pride Plaza exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel . All the facilities were superb. The complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The housekeeping staffs are very good and polite. Ms. Adithi from Front Office was excellent . She is very charming and helpful. Overall experience is outstanding.

This property is excellent. The efforts made by the staffs to keep the guests happy is excellent and Ms. Archana is really very good in taking care of the guests. We used the buffet facilities in Cafetreat which is ausumn. The food served is outstanding. The rooms are very neat and clean. The ammenities placed in the room is very good in quality.
