Property was close to the location we were at. Very clean and staff were super nice. The food at the bistro was phenomenal.

The parking unfortunately was not ideal, if you are paying to stay at a hotel you should get parking for free at the hotel. For the price of that hotel I would think the beds would be more comfortable but that’s a personal opinion. The bistro could have been open sooner as well. The AC did not work appropriately so even though it was set for 67 it was extremely stuffy in the room.

Nice. Near Century Center

Pool area old and small. Pool was freezing. Kids always look forward to swimming when we stay at a hotel, so this was very disappointing. Kids did not even want to swim because it was so cold.

Was clean and really quiet and the staff was very friendly

One thing we didn't like was that we had to park far away because every single parking spot close to the hotel was full and that the water pressure in the shower was not good other than that our stay was perfect 👌

I loved everything and everyone ❤️ the only thing I would recommend is keeping the pool room warmer.

Central in downtown South Bend. We found the hotel very comfortable and a great shower. All the staff that we met were very helpful and friendly.

The staff went above and beyond. Great place to take the Mrs. To you know, have fun. Great location!

The way the breakfast is set up. You have to ask where to go and what to do. Make sure you pay for a room that includes the breakfast.

The hotel is right on the main street down town which is fine. There was AlOT of traffic all night which kept my husband awake. That isn't a big deal, just something we didn't think about when booking the hotel and it was my husband's only complaint. Nothing against the hotel whataoever
