Mary at the front desk was a wonderful lady. She worked hard trying to figure out what Priceline messed up with our reservation. It had disappeared. She deserves a raise. The food at breakfast was great. The actual room had a bedroom separate from the TV and kitchen/sitting room. The kitchen was totally workable for a quick lunch or dinner. The hotel has an unsurpassed location. Everything was close by or a quick ride share away. Don't hesitate to stay here.

The Google advertisement said it had a complementary breakfast. That was one reason we chose it. Turns out it was a bistro style breakfast and was pretty expensive. We decided to go to the Cracker Barrel next door. The TV doesn't have a channel guide. Major PITA scrolling through the channels to find a program. It's 2024 people, get with a channel guide on the TV...

Everything. Was great. This is the most convenient, friendly, clean hotel. It's the best close to Ashville (AVL) airport. Easy to find. Large restaurant next door, as well as a casual light eating in house. I will be back on my next trip.

It would be nice if the shuttle had longer hours.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious also.

Only issue was with the restaurant downstairs. There were some issues w an order and it took so long we just asked for a refund. They were understanding about it. I think he mentioned there were some training issues about how to handle certain orders? Anyways, that was really the only issue experienced.

Overall, I thought the value was great for the room type and amenities available. The room and bathroom were clean. All in room amenities were available. I like the shower caddy with body wash. I was pleased with this hotel.

The bed was comfortable but the comforter was thin and could be nicer. Larger TV. Slippers.

It had a beautiful patio and lobby. The pool was well maintained

I didn’t like the slide out tv being on the side of the bed instead of in front of the bed. I asked to be moved and they immediately got me a room with a tv in front of bed

Excellent location. Plenty of parking. Very nice room & comfortable bed. The food we ordered in the Bistro bar one evening was delicious. Good soundproofing - did not hear planes at nearby airport.

I generally like to have a microwave in the room plus a safe for smaller personal, valuable items.

Location was very convenient, breakfast was very good. Very clean, all staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The 2 gentlemen on the front desk were so friendly and I feel bad I didn’t ask their names to recognize them individually for their hospitality!!!

The customer service

Great location fit what we are doing, although when we stay in the future we will ask for a room on the other side away from the highway and runway lights.

Highway was loud. Airport lights glowed around the blackout curtains.
