Cleanliness, welcoming staff, breakfast, the interior, comfort to stay. Everything was just awesome - washrooms, bed, amenities. The hotel provided an everyday room cleaning facility.

Even though subway access is there, the location is away from the major city. The Hotel provided an everyday cleaning facility but they didn't take the used clothes (bath towels and hand towels) out. That was quite unappealing.

The hotel was easy to navigate to and I love the location. It is a very short walk to the metro with lots of restaurants, cafes, and convenience store in short walking distance. There were very good options for breakfast, wonderful! The hotel is very clean and the room was very comfortable after setting the AC once in the room. Bed was very comfortable! There seemed to be plenty of parking, as they utilize stack/tower parking. This was a new experience for me, but the staff was very kind and helpful with my confusion. They allowed me to park my vehicle in a loading spot, and they drove my vehicle into the tower system for me after I checked-in. Another front desk attendant helped me retrieve my vehicle after check-out, as Google Translate ended up confusing me. The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and genuinely nice! English-speaking was a plus!

I fully enjoyed my stay! The room seemed a bit dim, even with all the lights on. It was hot when first entering the room, so make sure to turn on the AC first thing!

🍀🍀🍀This is a fully-equipped hotel that I absolutely loved. 💐💐💐I was pleasantly surprised to discover the toiletries were from Himalaya, and I really enjoyed their fragrance. When I checked out, I greatly appreciated the hotel staff for securely storing my luggage. On my final day in Seoul, this place left me with wonderful memories—I especially adored the breathtaking mountain view outside the window. 🌳🌲🌿By the way, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the hotel offered a delicious and varied breakfast selection. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional hospitality and comfort they provided, which made my stay so enjoyable ૮(˶ᵔᵕᵔ˶)ა I’ll definitely return here on my next visit!🥰🥰🥰PS: The hotel is located less than 200 meters from the subway station～it's very convenient~🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

Very clean room. Location is superb if you have a flight to catch at Gimpo airport, just half a block or so away from Gochon station, which is one station from Gimpo airport station. Also lots of restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies and much more nearby. Very comfortable beds and silent building, plenty of good rest. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not necessarily bad, but breakfast buffet could have a bit more variety. The food was good, fresh and tasty, but a bit more variety could improve the experience tremendously.

The hotel has good facilities and is clean. It has super comfy beds and lots of pillows. I also like the toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner). The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. It's a 5-minute walk to station, where you can take buses or subways. The area is prime too, with cafes and restaurants. The breakfast is amazing. I enjoyed my stay here.

The TV - I don't know how to add the volume since it's just until 30. But that's just me. It's not a big problem.

The hotel is located in Gimpo area, "away" from Seoul city zone. So we had a great difficulty finding a taxi to take us there from the Gimpo airport. Although it was only 7km away, they all tried to charge extras. All the taxi drivers wanted to get back into Seoul area. So next time, we would find a hotel towards Seoul or very close to the airport, so we could take a local bus etc.

In general the hotel was really comfortable and offered all we needed. Breakfast was a bit "different" for the European taste, but this is a positive thing for us (the kids were not very happy, though).

The hotel is not a new one, its location is not very convenient, but still a good option not to overpay and stay closer to the ICN airport.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I cannot speak Korean but there were no issues as all the staff were fluent speakers of English. The location is fantastic only 1 stop from gimpo airport and a 3 minute walk to the hotel from the nearest station. Ideal location with many resturants and konbi.

Hotel was a lovely surprise, much better than I expected. Great value for money and for those travellers like me that were in between airports. I'd flown into Gimpo and next day out of Incheon. Very clean and well presented room, breakfast was very basic (and cold) but it wouldn't deter me from returning. It's only a 8min drive to the Outlet Shopping malls. I would recommend the hotel to people wanting to stay in Gimpo.

our flight was cancelled so we booked this last minute. staff was friendly, helpful and speaks english well. helped us to book early morning taxi next day. hotel near restaurants and convenient stores just steps away, really really nice. all in all good simple stay for our transit. price was very reasonable for 3pax as it was last minute booking.
