The hotel is accessible to Ayala mall, park, restaurants and museum. It is nrar the main street.. The breakfast is delicious. Many choices of food. Love the arroz caldo,,KBL, and many more. Friendly staffs. The services are fast. Keep up the good work!

There is no room for smokers. My husband had to come out to have a smoke. It would be nice if there is an accessible smoker's room where you can comfortably sit and would be nice if the room is cooler as well. The big window glass as I observed were not properly clean. So much stains and dust.

Breakfast was incl. into the room rate. location to a park with a pond full of fish is seldom to be seen. Having a shopping plaza in a short walking distance is perfect.

Furniture, here foremost the room desk with a variety of rings, spilled by wine or whatever, shows a dirty table, yet it is not cleanable, as it is ingrained (acids) inside the glass. Should be replaced or ground out, looks awful. The buffet style breakfast has a nice variety but to get to coffee is a challenge as you always need the attention of the servicing personnel that is busy doing dif. things but serving coffee. This becomes self serve by default for the guest as it should be in the first place.

Our hotel room was looking at a lagoon where the plaza was located. It was a nice view especially at night. They had a variety of food for guests’ included buffet breakfast. The beds were comfortable and staff members were very attentive to answer calls. They have an iron and ironing board inside a small laundry room at the end of the hallway.

Nothing. The hotel was right in the center of the city, but you cannot hear the noise from vehicles passing by even the streets were busy, so it was okay. The hotel was a little bit of a drive to the airport (about 25 minutes) in peak hours. Lots of sugarcane farming you’ll see on your way there.

STAFF. The guest relations team and restaurant staff were amazing. All staff were respectful. We were greeted with friendly and smiling faces all the time. FOOD. There was a great selection of food at the breakfast buffet. I also had food delivered at dinner time which was convenient and served promptly. Overall, the food was awesome. Restaurant services included re-heating of left over dinner;-) They also provided wheelchair assistance and had breakfast brought up to the room. LOCATION was a plus. It is right at the center of the city. McDonald's & Chowking are just a 2-3mins walk. If you're after a morning walk or just unwinding at end of day, the lagoon (across the hotel) is very inviting. Swimming pool facilities were great, too. They arranged for a massage therapist to go to the room and charge service into my room account. Very convenient. This was one of the highlights of my stay.

The door needed some maintenance. It was so heavy and difficult to maneuver. To be fair, I didn't raise the complaint. But if the room service guys had picked up on this, it would've been amazing. Soundproofing could be improved. At busy times, we could hear traffic noise. We were at the 6th floor.

Location is superb in the centre of the town, and near the Ayala mall. There are a couple of good coffee shops and eateries nearby as well. Breakfast was Ok, not surprisingly catering to Filipino tastes, and they where are very happy with breakfast. The Roof bar and restaurant is nice, good food and good service. We had a very nice tenderloin steak and the tapas starters were good as well. The pool is in a nice location and pleasant. Car parking is also very good in-front of the hotel.

The hotel has promised already to deal with our issue, which was the online check in. I got a reminder everyday, but because we were visitors there for a golf break, we were not part of a company and therefore we had no TIN numbers, so we couldn't book in online, despite all the reminders. They have promised to take care of this issue. The desserts in the restaurants as small and not really very good. Disappointing. The black sago one was very small and not what we were expecting..

Comfortable large double bed. Strong hot water in the shower. The buffet breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. The staff were fantastic

The fridge was not cold and struggled to keep anything cold

Fantastic location. Attended an organic farmers market and Terra Madre event which was right next to the hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Good room service. Nice & very helpful staff. Newer facilities so charging outlets on nightstand. Nice roof deck bar and resto. Central location for meetings. Parking area very accessible.

Noise from the corridor easily heard- passing guests. One night even heard snoring of the next door guest. Windows faced the beautiful Capitol Lagoon Park but needed cleaning.

I feel so comfortable staying at Seda Capitol Central Hotel especially in front of it is a children's playground and a lagoon where you can walk and do jogging in the morning. The food, facilities and the staff are great!

I couldn't say anything that I don;t like because the place is perfect for me to stay while I'm in Bacolod! I like the surroundings, near the mall and local restaurants. Maybe, the scanning the TV channels and accessing youtube is the one that is least convenient for but I did not bother because I'm always out and tired when I get to the hotel.

Excellent restaurant. Breakfast buffet was first class. Every dish ordered over three days was very good. For example, the toasted cheese sandwich with tomato soup, which was my light lunch before leaving, was made with three different cheeses. And the French fries were dusted with parmesan.

Despite lots of them, wait staff was sometimes inattentive.

Location was perfect. The place itself is very nice, small parking space but still have place to park. Great staff. Romeo was the housekeeper (I stayed for 30 days) who was very efficient and cared about the guest. All the staff from the doormen/security, bellboys, resto servers, front desk were all very courteous and helpful! The doormen always helped me find parking! Will stay again on my next visit!

Can get busy with events, so parking is full.
