The view looking out from the restaurant was good. Although the breakfast spread was reasonably good, I did not have too many choices because I don't take spicy or food with chilli. I liked the fried egg station although the soft boiled eggs that I ordered did not match my expectations i.e. even after doing them again, they were still too cooked. I should have asked for poached eggs instead. The other disappointment was that when the fried egg station was serving Mie Goreng and Kuay Teow Soup on one morning. There was no replenishment of the Kuay Teow Soup when I was there before 9.00 am. I was told that there was no more stock. Also, over the next 2 days, it was not offered again. Mie Goreng was the only option. The only coffee machine that dispenses Expresso, Cappuccino, etc was unfortunately spoilt on my last breakfast. But thankfully the staff was able to get my double-shot Expresso from the kitchen somewhere. The staff were all very polite and friendly. But on Thu 27 Jun, there seemed to be a shortage of serving staff. As I have paid much more for the double-bed executive room, I have expected a better spread of breakfast with more non-spicy food including more salads.

As mentioned above regarding the coffee machine, maybe more regular servicing or maintenance should be done or have more than one such machine in the restaurant. Have more ready stock of the Kuay Teow if it is one of the options to be offered.

- It is very near to the cruise centre. - It is very clean - Staff were polite and friendly - They took our feedback and gave us rooms that are relatively close to each other and near to the elevator. - Good security as you need to scan to access your level

- Gym and swimming pool is very small. the gym only has 1 threadmill but the good thing is hardly anyone use it. - Breakfast is quite chaotic. there isn't enough seats for everyone. - Breakfast area is also very hot, not enough air con. - Breakfast variety is quite okay but the taste is normal. try the mung bean porridge! - They only give us one key card so it might be difficult if you have two people and need to split up. - While the hotel is a short walk from the cruise centre, just take taxi/grab. We tried walking and realise there is no proper pathway to the hotel and we had to illegally cross the road.

My love to you remain the same Santika. Spacious, Clean and I got the right vibes since day one. I’m quite particular for the bathroom area and Santika is always exceed my expectations. I didn’t mean to be superstitious but I’ve been in a many hotels and I sometimes get this eerie feelings when something isn’t right with the room. The room I stayed it gives me nothing other than COMFORT. I had a deep sleep even it’s just 5 hours. Keep it up Santika. Keeping the good vibes among the staff… shall I say family? See you all again in the near future.

- All was good. The bed was comfy for me and my spouse. The staff were very friendly. Ease access via grab from the ferry terminal. Hotel was clean and the facilites were good. I would to personally thank the manager for allow such a smooth stay for me and my spouse.

The breakfast spread was not well done. Cups were full of scratches, food choices were very limited. The buffet meals took long to be prepared and the noodle counter ran out of noodles even before the 2 hour mark of opening the breakfast buffet.

I like the breakfast, I liked the view of the restaurant, originally I was supposed to check out super early, and the staff suggested for me to take away the breakfast and gave me two portions. The staff was very friendly and personable and I really enjoyed the stay. The room is super big and comfy too, I love it. Also it is very near to Batam Center, walkable, though I took a cab, and the staff helped me to call a cab.

Can't think of any. Maybe an alarm clock to help me wake up in time as the alarm on my phone did not work well and I missed my ferry.

The location is really close to the ferry terminal, but it’s still quite difficult to reach by foot. The room is clean and big, with comfortable beds.

The check-in took really long (+20min) and our rooms weren’t ready even though we only arrived at 5pm. We were assigned a smoker room first but managed to change the room, which took another 10 minutes. The doors are very thin and we could hear our neighbors walking past and the cleaners in the morning. Breakfast was ok only.

The hotel bed was big, but it was joined by two single beds. Hence a little uncomfortable to sleep as there’s a middle gap. Breakfast selection was little and I booked 3days 2 nights but I only had breakfast coupon for one day The location is really near the ferry terminal

Although the ferry terminal is very near (walkable distance) however Batam does not have enough pedestrian walking which makes the area kind of difficult to reach. And there’s literally nothing around hotel santika (to eat or to shop) The water coming out from the tap and shower has a weird smell, not sure if it’s a Batam thing though

BF was nice and theBF location had nice views so it was an overall good feeling at Breakfast. BF Spread was good too. Rooms were nicely spaced and super clean! The only feedback i have would be to have better planning of the lights spacing within the room especially within the toilet. Would definitely recommend to stay here as its clean, and near the ferry terminal/mega mall batam. Bedsheets were nice and soft to the touch and pillow were ok. Not super soft/flat! Well done Hotel Santika!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Frerry terminal, and a short taxi ride into the centre. It's very quiet with very clean and comfortable rooms. Very competitively priced compared to the usual hotel chains.

The breakfast was very focused on Asian states; there were no real Western options except for the egg station. There was plenty of fresh fruit. no yougart etc. but a minor issue
