Great views on the ocean. Love the hammocks in the palms. Decent snorkeling right out front with lots of fish and lobsters and conch. Saw a bunch of rays as well. The rooms were very nice and the kitchens well equip. The concierge is very helpful and you should use for all arrangements if possible. We didn't and wished we had.

Little far south of town for bumpy golf carts cruising around. Could use a bit more shade. Kids wished they had a sandy beach instead of the sea wall. Kayaks to get out to the reef would be nice but understand there is some liability there.

Beautiful, well equipped condo, very comfortable and with a great view . The property is handled by Suya Tours and Sandra who was our contact was great. She was able to get us a golf kart to the property at 9pm

Without this minor issues, the property is a 10. 1. The master bedroom didn’t have dark shades so we woke up at sunrise (5:30am) until they closed the Hurricane shades. 2. The property is at mosquito bay, and we didn’t prepay properly, so bring mosquitoes repellents

We loved how spacious and comfortable this was for the family. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to prepare our own meals. The proximity from town was also perfect for us. We were about 15 minutes south (via golf cart ride) of town which made for peace and quiet. It really felt like a home away from home. Sofia our guest concierge was great, and really ensured our stay was good from beginning to end.

Going out for breakfast but no big deal. There was an excellence place within a short walk or golf cart ride. Something we just ate in the condo.

Ready there was nothing to dislike.

It had convenient space and facilities. Communication was very good. The home pier facilitated boat pick-up.

Somewhat costly, but okay, quality comes at a price

Far from town but worth it...Lovely people. Very comfortable. Restaurants and small food markets in walking distance.

This place was a dream and Sandra our host was AMAZING! helped us arrange golf carts was available for any needs.

Very nice. Clean. Large rooms. Well stocked kitchen. Very responsive to texts. Pier in front of room makes for easy pickup by boat for day excursions.

Mosquitoes got pesky after rain

Absolutely stunning in every way, clean comfortable with everything we needed. Unfortunately while we were there the boiler broke down, but was fixed immediately and without intrusion

Everything we wanted and more! So many helpful people. Concierge service was the best. Walking distance to food and convenience stores. Daily Caribbean ocean views from the balcony, living, kitchen and dining rooms. Lovely sunrises and moonrises while we stayed. Friendly neighbors. Loved spending time at the dock and around the pool. You can walk barefoot to the dock and the boat for the snorkel trips picks up right there. Washer and dryer worked great. Couldn't have been cleaner.

Didn't want to leave.
