The staff was lovely, the restaurant next door was very good. The hotel location was close to shops and Starbucks. The hotel was very clean, they always had fresh water in the lobby.

The fridge in my room was making a loud sound one night, as they didn't have maintenance on site, I had to move it away from the wall to unplug it and was covered in dust. They did offer to move me to another room but it was late and I was in the middle of work. They did replace the fridge the next day. Also, wish the garage can in the room was larger, as I was eating in due to work.

This hotel is an economical price but high end standard for staff-customer interaction at every level of service. The rooms are very quiet, I actually didn’t even need to use my ear plugs to fall asleep. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and the bathrobe to wear to the excellent swimming pool is very good quality. The restaurant was accessible and the chef really does know how to cook steak, and the breakfast staff makes an excellent cappuccino served in a porcelain mug.

Nothing! I booked in a Sunday night enroute to a conference, it was so good I chose this hotel in the way home 3 days later.

We had breakfast at Chops. First time the food was good service was terrible. Second time food was great and the service was. We also went to the bar for drinks on afternoon. Shayla was the bartender and was nothing but outstanding. Great drinks and great service. Will be back in Feb 2026!!

Did care for the shower in the room. We somehow got a wheelchair room. The water went all over and its not set up very well. Could be a fall hazard for the right person.

Clean, spacious, great location. The fitness centre was a great size.

Everything was great. Just one thing was if you like to sleep with the curtains open and you are in the north side. Close to the chop restaurant, that sign is way too bright in the night. It would be great if they could turn the sign off at night. We were on the 3rd floor. Next time we will ask to be 5 or higher and it shouldn’t be a problem.

The hotel looks brand new even though it's already 5 years old. The decor as you walk is absolutely beautiful and not at all what I expected. Everything was also spotlessly clean. We had the standard suite which had a king bed, sofa bed in adjoining room with a little kitchenette. We truly appreciated the extra space that it provided over a 4 walled room. The room was lovely with all the amenities you could ask for and also spotlessly clean. Definitely enough space for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults for sure. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. I also appreciated that the hotel at the time was taking in evacuees from the Jasper fire and were providing them with a host of additional ammenities and resources to help them through what is probably the worst time of their lives. Kudos to the Sandman Group for caring.

Absolutely nothing not to like !

The rooms were awesome. We had an adjoining room with another family we were travelling with and it was perfect. We were on the 6th floor at the back of the building and the view was actually quite nice out that way. Loved that there were fridges and microwaves. We had a great stay and the kids loved the pool.

The waterslide was suuuuuper fast. It's an enclosed one and quite dark inside. Not great for young kids or the faint of heart haha.

The hotel is very well decorated. Everything fits together beautifully, not tacky mismatched carpet like other places I’ve stayed at. The staff is friendly and fast which makes checking in and out a seamless process

On a previous stay I ended up with a room with a very uncomfortable bed but I think that was a fluke because every other time it has been great. The pillows aren’t all that comfortable either no matter which one I pick so I usually just bring my own

Great location, fully equipped kitchenette was a god sent for being on vacation with kids

Elevators were extremely slow to the point they seemed like they might break down, and understandably hard for the staff to enforce but kids need to have an adult with them at the pool. Both times we went there were children there without supervision doing extremely unsafe activities and also affecting everyone’s time in the pool. ( I do not blame the hotel, might just need a bit more monitoring?)

The coffee service in the room sucked coffee pot leaked the pouches didn’t fit that’s why it leaked every where Come on guys every thing shows concern and detail and the coffee pot is like a who cares as long as it works we need to cut a corner on expenses so let’s hit the coffee pot shows poor taste

The rooms were very nice, clean, comfortable. Loved the shower. The pool was really great for our family, we spent a lot of time there. Awesome beds. Lobby was very nice as well.

It was loud. We could hear people above us most of our stay. As a family with kids, we totally understand and it wasn't a huge issue, but the sound proofing could be better. The fire alarm did go off our first night which turned out to be a system malfunction - nothing really to be done about this, just wasn't ideal.
