Loved our stay and were nicely surprised on check-in by being upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment! There was everything you could need. Great heating and didn't even need it most of the day when the sun was out warming up the living area. The rooms were comfortable, clean, warm and the view of the ocean amazing. Cannot beat the location right in the heart of the shopping area (easy walking distance to beach, supermarket, restaurants). Allocated parking space for your room is handy too as you're always guaranteed to have your space free after doing some sightseeing. Highly recommend!

The room was super big and spacious, as was the bathroom and shower. Great outdoor balcony with seating. Room was clean. The location was great and accessible to all shops, restaurants, etc. It was quiet. Swimming pool was a bonus.

The walk down, then back up the steep driveway when wanting to go out anywhere, e.g. dinner, walking, beach etc. The stairs up to the rooms, if not on the ground floor and having to carry luggage up. No lifts. Minimal amenities in the room. e.g. soap, shampoo and conditioner, enough for one person and half a roll of see through toilet paper for 2 nights for 2 people! No housekeeping. Dirty coffee cups. Small single beds. Not suitable for adults.

Room was huge, great sized balcony, beds were comfortable, shower was great. Decor is a bit dated, but the room was really comfy. We couldn't get the split system to work for heating, but we were only there for 1 night so didn't worry about it. This would be a good place if staying longer over the summer holidays - it's easy to walk around town, not far to the beach and has enough room that you don't feel closed in. Overall a comfy night for us.

Great location, helpful staff, nice villa.

Since it is a 2 storey villa, perhaps it would be a good idea to install another heating system on the staircase landing to heat up that area as well as the entrance as the heater in the living area only heats up the upper floor (especially cold during winter stay). The heater in the twin bed bedroom was not able to heat up the room well. My son had to sleep on the sofa upstairs as that’s the only place he could get some warmth. My daughter ended up sleeping in my room with me.

Very well positioned in the Lorne forefront, with the bonus of a private parking lot - these are the only accolades for the place and the Hotel takes advantage of this. That said, the room was pristinely clean and the beds comfortable - however, there was nothing else in particular for this hotel room(s) to be remembered for. In such a good location in Lorne, and for the price paid, one expected a bit more than a room that felt like a well cared for, but very average Australian road-side motel room.

The pleasant and friendly people running the motel. The nice and clean bedroom and bathroom with toiletries. The big TV with all the usual channels. The coffee and tea machine. Easy and quick access to the shops.

The bed was uncomfortable but not too bad. The blinds did not close completely so it's possible for people to see through them if you're not careful. The noise outside was quite loud through the day. But overall there was nothing really bad about the place and I would definitely stay again.

We stayed in villa #1. The place is really amazing. It's a two level accommodation, where bedrooms are on the ground floor and living/dining is on the first floor. Kids were really amazed with the accommodation. For me the best part of it was enjoying the view from the balcony while having a morning or afternoon coffee. Also worth mentioning, the location is perfect, right in the main street. We will be back there for sure.

Incredibly clean and tidy, spacious, light. I absolutely loved staying here for the weekend and would definitely choose to stay here again.

I don’t want to pick fault with anything as I had a wonderful stay. Some might say that the swimming pool is in a slightly awkward spot but it’s kept well and there’s shade.

Rooms were spacious and very clean, check-in and out were a breeze. Staff were friendly and the location was absolutely amazing! ON THE MAIN STREET! SO GOOD

The last guests must have messed with the fridge dial, the complementary milk froze (not that I was going to be drinking it) Definitely wasn't complaining when my drinks got nice and cold fast :)

Great location, comfy enough bed, and the unit was clean. Even though right on the main street, it was super quiet. We rated it a 9 out of 10 for the price point..

The stinking streetlight right on the face between the blinds. I ended up being able to block it...someone remove the light bulb!
