The room was super big and spacious, as was the bathroom and shower. Great outdoor balcony with seating. Room was clean. The location was great and accessible to all shops, restaurants, etc. It was quiet. Swimming pool was a bonus.

The walk down, then back up the steep driveway when wanting to go out anywhere, e.g. dinner, walking, beach etc. The stairs up to the rooms, if not on the ground floor and having to carry luggage up. No lifts. Minimal amenities in the room. e.g. soap, shampoo and conditioner, enough for one person and half a roll of see through toilet paper for 2 nights for 2 people! No housekeeping. Dirty coffee cups. Small single beds. Not suitable for adults.

Very well positioned in the Lorne forefront, with the bonus of a private parking lot - these are the only accolades for the place and the Hotel takes advantage of this. That said, the room was pristinely clean and the beds comfortable - however, there was nothing else in particular for this hotel room(s) to be remembered for. In such a good location in Lorne, and for the price paid, one expected a bit more than a room that felt like a well cared for, but very average Australian road-side motel room.

The pleasant and friendly people running the motel. The nice and clean bedroom and bathroom with toiletries. The big TV with all the usual channels. The coffee and tea machine. Easy and quick access to the shops.

The bed was uncomfortable but not too bad. The blinds did not close completely so it's possible for people to see through them if you're not careful. The noise outside was quite loud through the day. But overall there was nothing really bad about the place and I would definitely stay again.

We stayed in villa #1. The place is really amazing. It's a two level accommodation, where bedrooms are on the ground floor and living/dining is on the first floor. Kids were really amazed with the accommodation. For me the best part of it was enjoying the view from the balcony while having a morning or afternoon coffee. Also worth mentioning, the location is perfect, right in the main street. We will be back there for sure.

Rooms were spacious and very clean, check-in and out were a breeze. Staff were friendly and the location was absolutely amazing! ON THE MAIN STREET! SO GOOD

The last guests must have messed with the fridge dial, the complementary milk froze (not that I was going to be drinking it) Definitely wasn't complaining when my drinks got nice and cold fast :)

Great location, comfy enough bed, and the unit was clean. Even though right on the main street, it was super quiet. We rated it a 9 out of 10 for the price point..

The stinking streetlight right on the face between the blinds. I ended up being able to block it...someone remove the light bulb!

Great size unit in a great location. I was surprised how big the lounge area is. Weather was not my friend but the balcony would be amazing on a sunny day. Happy that there was a parking spot as it's overlooking the main drag so parking would have been tricky otherwise

The fridge was the noisiest I have ever heard! Very expensive as well but I guess that's normal these days

The villa was large, clean and fully furnished and equipped. It's a block away from the main road but being on a slope, had excellent views of the hills and the sea.

Parking was difficult as the entrance was via a narrow alley with trucks and vans blocking off the road.

I booked my room at dinner time and arrived shortly thereafter, and was warmly greeted at the front desk. I was especially appreciative of this given the last minute booking and off season time period. Thank you. Place was great. Perfect location and walking distance to beach, shops and restuarants

Fantastic location, clean spacious room. Bed was comfortable. Loved the big balcony

Everything was great. Read reviews and the car park seemed to be the only negative thing however we found the accommodation easy to find, and carpark was fine.
