Views are absolutely stunning. You can stay in the accommodation all day long and just watch the ocean change the colours! Such a serenity! Peaceful and quiet. Clean and has everything you need for few days stay

The checking process was the weirdest ever! I booked via Booking.com just to have envelope with no entry code and wrong phone number to call. After checking email and finding right number, the rude person answered the call and asked to give him my credit card as a bond. He asked to charge $200 bond that will be returned up to 2 weeks after we checked out. I have been travelling to over half a century and this is the strangest checking I have even experienced. Not only that, but management did not reply any calls, messages nor email when I contacted them during our stay (we had blocked kitchen sink)

We had a wonderful time here. The view was amazing and the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was very windy the first 2 nights we were here & the sound of the wind howling made it difficult to sleep, so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The check-in process wasn't the best. We were given a phone number to call for the access code for check-in after hours. Tried calling several times before it finally went through - thankfully we had a roaming plan which allowed us to make international calls. No detergent provided for the washing machine.

The View! Excellent!! Watching the weather rolling in & out was an amazing experience, all whilst toasty warm inside - or stepping out on the deck to smell the freshness of the after-rain scents. The location was perfect, allowing me to enjoy a sense of personal Retreat, with easy access to Apollo Bay & surrounds. The bed was very comfortable, offering an excellent view - perfect for watching changing moods of the ocean and enjoying cheeky Blue Wrens’ morning visits, tapping on the window and whistling. Also loved the bath - perfect for a long, hot soak after a relaxing swim at Apollo Bay’s Aquatic Centre.

The only (small) downside for me was the lingering smell of smoke - most likely from previous guests’ use of the wood fire. This made me hesitant to light a fire (sensitive sinuses!); instead, I opted to utilise the AC just to take the chill off in the mornings & evenings. But the added ambiance of a crackling wood fire would be the icing on the cake at this special location.

So we travel a lot and there are many places that don’t feel homely and are not very clean at all. But for some reason, this one felt very homely and was most certainly clean! I don’t usually feel comfortable laying on the carpet playing games with the kids but this carpet was spotless. The magpie family were very cute trying to sneak in and the Weber Facility was a great touch and was well equipped!😊

We were not allowed to use the indoor fireplace which was a little sad as it was something we looked forward to but our stay was still great regardless.

The view was amazing. The place was super organised and clean, one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed, definitely recommended!

After checking in (self-check-in), they called to grab my credit card details for a $200 fee that would be returned after a few business days. I wasn't with my credit card then as I was having dinner. I promised to call them back later that night but completely forgot, given I was tired of the long hours driving. Anyway, I think this is a process they should avoid, I had already paid for the accommodation, and they could have used the same credit card I had previously saved. Anyway, as feedback, they should improve this, as having to call to give CC details to someone you don't know via the phone doesn't sound safe to do nowadays given the number of scams we have in Australia. However, this does not sound like something I would reconsider when booking their accommodation again.

A quiet location with a superb view. Even being 3km from the ocean you could still hear the waves of an evening and check out the waves for a surf! The rooms were a good size and the deck great to sit out and enjoy all the birdsong. A really peaceful place to be. Also the room was spotless and freshly painted.

The tennis court was a bit bumpy, the ball bounced at strange angles at times, but we were only just having a hit so it did not really matter. At least we did not lose a ball.

My bedsheet looked like it had been cleaned, but there was still a big stain in it, not very pleasant. Also, we did not expect to be asked to do a certain amount of housework (eg, cleaning and drying dishes) before we leave or have money deducted from our depisit. This was not flagged before we arrived. Nobody wants this responsibility when on holiday, and it was not a requirement at any other apartment type property we stayed at on our holiday. Also, we found squares of a chocolate bar between the cushions on the couch, which should have been noticed by the cleaners before we arrived.

This property is in a stunning location, high on a hill and surrounded by woodland. The drive to get up to it is partly on a dirt road but even in an ordinary saloon car. it was easy enough in dry weather. The property was very comfortable and well-equipped but it's really all about the view down to and along the coast. We had an excellent meal at the restaurant next door (Chris's), watched by a koala, which was definitely a highlight.

We had a little trouble checking in as I was unable to contact the reception on my UK mobile (this happened several times during our trip) but an email soon sorted the problem.

Stayed in level 3, and the view was amazing. Could hear the ocean from our villa. The apartments state no pets, but there was pet hair all over the couch. Probably from someone's clothes. A good vacuum would have been great. Other than that, our weekend stay was relaxing and beautiful. Saw a couple of koalas on the property. The bed was comfy. We have stayed here before and would recommend it if you're looking for a lovely weekend away.

We stayed in the 'East' villas for four nights - with a good deck and views over the ocean. The unit was well appointed and included a washing machine (very useful when you are spend a lot of time 'on the road'; clothes line on the deck as well). Fridge was a good size for an extended stay and there were sufficient pots, pans, etc. Bedroom was a good size with plenty of built-in wardrobe space. A bbq was provided on the deck but it was one of those 'fussy' Weber Q's which aren't big enough and difficult to clean - a bbq with just a hotplate would probably be better for both guests and the staff...

We really didn't like the oven/cooktop - it really needed a proper clean (which we certainly weren't going to do). There were 'greasy' edges particularly on the oven. And, it was really dangerous - the gas igniter only worked sometimes and so quantities of gas were released while trying to light the rotten thing. We noticed later that there were matches under the sink, but there is no way I can imagine using a match to light the burner at the back of the oven. Advice to owners - don't clean the oven, replace it.
