Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Access to the room was very convenient, I liked the room I stayed in on the lower level. TV had great connection and range of channels. Wifi had great connectivity as well. Bathroom was great, showers were refreshing and I appreciated the amenities included (hair dryer, towels, ect). Kitchen upstairs was spacious, nice to cook in as well and had a variety of good-quality utensils. Great accomodation price and location. Handy to have the kitchen on premises even if I didn’t think I’d use it. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The shower curtain next to the toilet there were some instances water could get under it but it’s been appropriately managed.

The house is in a quiet street a little back from the water. You can easily walk to a beautiful, quiet beach. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Handy to have access to the kitchen. A nice dining table and small deck to sit at for meals.

If you do not have a car, it would be a bit of a walk into town - about 20 minutes. If I was staying longer, it would be nice to have access to laundry.

I'm big on hygiene so I was a bit uncertain about the shared bathroom and kitchen, but everything including the room was very clean and neat.

Just keep in the property has two floors, and although the owners sent very clear instructions to guests to not be disruptive past 10pm, guests on the top floor were marching about at 11pm, which were frustrating for us on the bottom floor trying to get an early night. However, we didn't contact the owner, who wasn't on site and I didn't want to bother them at that hour.

Kind and courteous staff and extremely friendly feel the minute we arrived. Very clean appearance outside and very clean inside, An exceptional facility i would book again when the need arises.

Long life milk out of date, ( i threw it out as was 6 months beyond use by ) Passwords to wifi sent in email and no reminders on a welcome page in the facility, nor a page outlining facilities requirements. No local fast food or restaurant guide, phone list or map of areas of interest, *** Poor access to driveway as bushes scratched my car (not happy on that)***

I had a wonderful experience at this property. Everything went smoothly from the check-in to check-out. The house was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and convenience. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again

whilst it wasn’t dirty it hasn’t been fully cleaned for weeks. There was dust fluff and previous guests long black hair throughout the bedroom. There was dust in the bedside drawers and on all the skirting boards and flat surfaces. The shower cubicle was mouldy in the sliding door tracks. There were only three mugs in the kitchen when there were 7 people staying. No slippers despite being mentioned in the listing. The fan in the shower hasn’t been cleaned for months(filthy). Only one wine glass!

The room and bathroom were both spacious and the bed was very comfy. As I was only there for 1 night it suited my needs perfectly. The upstairs kitchen area looked well set up but I only used it to boil the kettle to make a cuppa so can't really comment.

It would have been nice to have a small table in the room to put things on and also something next to the bathroom sink would have been helpful.

Great location and value for money! Clean shared bathroom/toilet/kitchen. I’d be happy to stay here again. Close to the beach and plenty of car parking space.

AirBnB style with a few guests staying in the house so you cannot lock the front door, but it is a very safe area and you can lock the bedroom door.

Easy to find, free parking, clear instructions to check in, clean, comfortable bed and shared bathrooms and kitchen were rudimentary but OK overall.

The kitchen should be better equipped, more cutely, pairing knife and chopping board. Tea towel to dry dishes and for the number of people who can stay in the house, the fridge should be full size
