The unit was chosen due to it being wheelchair accessible. Everything about it was accessible. The rooms were large, there was an adequate amount of furniture and still room for a wheelchair. It was modern, the PowerPoints had usb changing ports as well. The small kitchen was great. The fridge was a good size. It had a sink, microwave and cooktop. The a/c was quiet. It was a quiet unit even though it was near the main road. The second bed (single/king single) was in a bedroom at the back of the unit. The bathroom was between the 2 sleeping areas with doors and light switches in both sides. The car space was also a full sized disability parking space. Whoever planned this unit knew what they were doing. It didn’t feel like it was converted to be wheelchair accessible but designed to be wheelchair accessible. It would make a great base for adventuring to all of the amazing things to see and do on the great ocean road. I would happily stay there again. Apollo Bay is a beautiful town and this is one of its many assets. We drove around 45 minutes to Stevenson falls which is also wheelchair accessible.

Clean, tidy, and thoughtfully prepared—everything I needed after a long drive was right there waiting for me. It felt just like a cozy apartment you’d wish for during your stay in Apollo Bay: warm, welcoming, and peaceful. The shower was especially impressive—hot water came instantly, with great pressure, making it the perfect way to relax and refresh. I truly loved everything about the place. A wonderful spot to unwind and recharge.

Location was fantastic-walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants and the beach and great coffee across the road ,friendly helpful staff and free ev charging right outside our room Comfortable bed ,good water pressure in shower Didnt use the pool but it looked clean

Only one very small gripe the room smelled a little bit like cigarettes when we first opened the door but the room aired out and then it was fine

Great location just around the corner form the shops and beach.. great to grab a morning coffee. Apartment was super clean and windows had been opened before or arrival which was greatly appreciated as it was a warm day. Beautifully comfortable luxury feel beds were also appreciated.

A wall/door mirror in the second bedroom would be great. Some sections of the lounge furniture had lost their spring. Not a big deal but took away a little from the comfort factor.

I had a lovely and relaxing time at Apollo Bay Hotel. The location is fantastic, the staff were friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-kept. The only small issue was a bit of dust around the window frames — a quick wipe would have made it perfect. Other than that, everything was great and I’d happily stay again!

A very clean, tidy and well presented facility. Very close to cafes, shops, beach and everything else.

When compared to other similar accommodation on our extensive driving holiday, the cost was very high. In fact it was the most expensive overnight accommodation on our whole trip. We are mindful that this may be due, in part, to our staying on a Saturday night on a busy weekend, however we felt the rate was higher than expected.

Got an upgrade without asking because we were there for 3 nights. Walking distance to all the restaurants and the beach. Room was clean, shower was fantastic, parking for motorcycles

Only thing was there was a construction site nearby which was a bit noisy on the weekdays but nothing to do with the place.

Even though the room was small, the bonus was the extra large TV screen with Netflix & super large comfy King bed (which may be too soft for some, but not me). Renovated bathroom was especially nice & decor has been updated to a modern feel.

It would top anyone's stay to have a Nespresso Pod machine in the Studio room, along with plates and cutlery, plus a small microwave would be a great addition too.

Liked the location close to the beach. Close to where we could walk around. Enjoyed our time there. Free parking was available and the staff was helpful for our late check-in request. Recommended for other travellers.

Pretty good motel nothing to complain about. We liked it there, just hope that we could have stayed longer but our travel only entails us for a night at the motel. Recommended fo other travellers to visit.

We booked a two-bedroom and it has a big dining area. Parking is good and it is very close to restaurants and attractions. A lovely place for our short stay.

For the $ value of the rooms we booked and location it was reasonable, maybe use a different cleaning liquid as the smell of the disinfectant used was too strong.
