Its location is the best for its walking distance to the beach. Less than 3 minutes drive to the main shops.

We cannot adjust the thermostat to make the room not too cold. There’s a dishwashing liquid for dishes but we could not find a scotch sponge. The shower is a bit of a struggle to adjust the right temperature. It’s either the shower was too cold or too hot.

The communication. Most of the problem is on Booking side, where too many, but confuse information is given. Best management: - I reseve - I pay (why ever "pay at the premises" if there's no-one at the building?) - Send me 1 document as invoice, indication and a contact of the host (on-line + telephone)

Fabulous view and great sound-scape from the ocean - Location enabled access to the sights and sounds of the ocean while also being cradled by the mountains. Balcony was a great feature. The room was clean, stocked and reliable.

The design/layout of the room was a bit awkward, impossible to utilise the cupboard space with the mini table and chairs in the way, excessive space in the bathroom that could be put to better use. Power points/extension cords/double adaptors/partially working heat lamp and non-functioning fan in bathroom (could use an update to electrical systems... a little unsettling).

Quiet location but still close to everything you need.

Bath tub was dusty. Dead flies on floor. Freezer had extremely old ice creams inside. A little finesse in cleaning goes a long way.

It is cozy, located right by the beach and near town. You have everything you need except maybe a kitchen but we brought an air fryer and could cook dinner in it :) The check in was easy too.

The carpet was wet in the room (might be the humidity?).

Clean, private and quiet. Electric blankets on the beds were lovely!

It would have been nice to have a bath mat and hand towel in the bathroom, and maybe instructions about where to empty rubbish when the bins in the room were full.

Room was clean and equipped with all you need. We had ocean sound at night. Parking infront of the house possible. Just note that it is a longer walk (20 min +) to the Center of Apollo Bay with the restaurants and Bars, but therefore quiet.

Furniture a bit outdated and used.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded which meant I could have a bath after long day of travelling. Our little verandah was wonderful and we could hear the surf all night.

Minor issue- shower took a while to warm up but once it did it was terrific. Also warning to less agile that some units are upstairs but did not affect us.

Clean, comfortable bed.

No one at reception. No one answered our call when we checked in. We could only leave a message. It would be a help if we are informed of the check in arrangement beforehand if the reception is unmanned.

Stayed for 1 night. Had everything we needed, large room and comfortable. Good shower. Really enjoyed our stay. Close to beach.

Just a little out from the centre of Apollo bay town but wasn’t an issue for us though.
