The view was amazing and the place was beautifully renovated.

The shower could’ve been better maintained(some scum/mould buildup at the bottom and the soaps in the dispenser looked a bit like they’d been there a long time) and a few more amenities and cutlery/utensils/Oil provided in the kitchen to make it truly self contained. Never saw a single staff member. The reception was closed when I checked in(around 3:30pm) and when I checked out(around 9:30am). The price was a little steep for the ‘executive studio’, and the trees could use a good trim back, after all you’re paying for the view.

Ocean view straight from the bed and shower, huge mirror in washroom, everything needed for cooking in the kitchen. Alpacas and different birds are walking around behind the fence across the road to reception. 3 minutes drive to Apollo Bay cafes and shops.

Windows at the front door don't have blackout shades. If you plan to stay for more than a few days note that the room is made up only once a week, so if you need fresh sheets or towels earlier you have to catch the cleaning stuff in the morning.

Rubbish under bed, guests parking in our park, telescope 🔭 not good ..lens issues! Cheaper thin pillows and toilet paper. Not enough milk .. 1 provided for 2 adults over 2 days . Austar out of date! Not enough towels for 2 days. Double shower 🚿 🚿 heads, loose pressure from one to the other . Often burning other person trying to get pressure from both ends sufficient. The signage and lights you entrance on town side almost impossible to see, often missed the driveway. Lastly lots of 🕸️ and spiders 🕷️ in corners of room.

The ocean view right in front of our bed was to die for!!! The vast space of the entire property. The lovely alpacas and pond and the smell of the sea right at our doorstep. And breakfast at the balcony. There was fridge, stove, utensils. Nicely equipped. And TV with lots of channels. That it was also really close to all Apollo Bay restaurants, 5min away. And perfect as a base to hit Great Ocean Road and back, as this area is not as touristy as further up Port Campbell.

Stayed at room 4. Our shower soap dispenser was not releasing soap. Would have helped to have a phone number in the room to call to get that sorted.

The view was spectacular, the bed was comfortable and the rain shower was a good size and it was great to see the ocean while showering. The proximity to the beach was great, and it was lovely seeing the llamas on the property too.

The parking spaces were too cramped in, the unit was not well cleaned as we found old food scraps in it and there were not enough supplies in the kitchen, ie we were only given 3 coffee pods to last 3 days and about the same amount of tea bags.

The sea views were spectacular. The room was super clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach and the town centre which was super convenient. Check in was also super easy and our room was easy to locate. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that our rooms weren’t serviced. We came back after being out for the day and we didn’t get any fresh towels, so we had to dry our used ones under the heater and re-used them. I would also suggest updating the televisions in your room. I reckon having smart tvs would be much better.

The location is good, surrounded by nice view, one bad thing when we were there, the night we stayed was rainy, didn’t get to go outside much. Next day also rainy and we had to check out to go on further trip. We loved the alpacas, there was some mushrooms grew on the ground next to the hotel room, my daughter was so excited to see it.

When in shower, the water will leak out from shower and make the rest of bathroom wet.

The hotel is located near Apollo Bay in a peaceful setting, facing the ocean, allowing us to enjoy the soothing sound of the waves. Additionally, there are alpacas next to the property, which delighted my little girl. We were even able to feed the alpacas

What I don’t like about the property is that I found two dead flies in the living room, and the floor is a bit dusty. What made us feel most uncomfortable was a live spider, about the size of a 50-cent coin, with black and white coloring when we were sitting on the sofa. The spider was right next to us, which scared me and my 3-year-old little girl. I can’t imagine what would happen if the spider bit us.

Location fabulous, just a short drive from Apollo Bay but literally just off the Great Ocean Road. Great signage to find the property! Just a walk across the road to the lovely beach to just relax after a long journey. Great out door shower so you don't bring the sand back inside. Compact accommodation but with everything you need. Great view from the shower. Lovely to have a small outside space which is sheltered to watch the sunset and rise.

You might struggle staying a week if you wanted to self cater. There is a communal BBQ but only a stove top in the apartment.

The view was exceptional. The beach opposite was great, not for swimming but for fishing, easy to get to. The body wash, shampoo n conditioner were fantastic. Bed comfortable and shower was great. Good parking too. Located just outside Apollo Bay 5mins drive but lovely scenic views. Will come back again definitely 👍

A bit more privacy out the front , if children were there they would be walking in n out of the bushes.and infront of patio doors. Could have updated furniture outside. But having said that it was ideal for what we were looking for as a couple.
