It was within walking distance of the town, beach and golf course. There were 4 towels provided for 3 of us and plenty of toilet paper. The cupboards were reasonably equipped and house was a good size.

The house we booked had lots of stairs and our baby kept trying to climb them (not really an issue unless you have little ones or older people with you), we used some chairs to block off the entrance stairs. We went after the really hot day (37) while it does advertise airconditioning it was one split system at the top of the stairs and the bedrooms stayed pretty hot. Our second night was more comfortable after the house had time to cool a little.

The inside of the villa is reasonably clean. All appliances that we used are functioning. The place is quiet. The kitchen has enough stuff to use for cooking and eating. There are some things that they can improve to achieve an excellent rating. - They only provided x 1 hand towel for 4 people which we end up not using it as a hand towel. Because of the gap of the blinds in the shower I have to use the hand towel to cover the gap - There is no enough tea or coffee for 4 people to use - The blinds are old. The blinds in the bathroom has a portion where it's not totally covering the glass window. The old blinds ruin the beauty of the villa. The owner needs to replace them with curtain or whatever but they prefer. The current ones are just not doing its purpose. - The grass outside are overgrown. - they need to provide heater in the loft area, it is too cold up there when the weather is cold. I don't mind going back staying there.

I'd like to give credits to Steve for making our stay so awesome!! I booked the villa thinking that there would be a DVD player, my friends and I brought along our own DVDs but there was no DVD player in our villa. So I called Steve and he guided us to retrieve a DVD player and TV from another villa so that we could watch in our own Villa!! We are so thankful for Steve!!!!! We would definitely come back again! Other than that, the villa was clean and cosy and, was equppied with things that we needed like cutlery, towels and toiletry. TLDR; Steve is awesome. Villa is awesome.

Wi-fi was pretty weak.

Great location, no issues, close to everything. Apollo Bay is amazing. Didn't see or interqct with a single staff member through the trip. Wifi was good, noticed no dropouts. Great weekend.

Bed was very high. As a disabled person, it was painful to get in and out of bed. The toilet wasn't bolted down. I was afraid of having a fall as it kept shifting. The path direct to the beach was blocked off.

When you come to this hotel, you will find that they are very close to the harbor and the beach. Their manager is very friendly and very enthusiastic to help you meet all your needs. There is a fireplace in the room, which makes the family particularly cozy in the evening. In addition, the hotel provides free rental of rubber boats and fishing gear, and there are also fishing spots nearby, which is very attractive. Next time come to Apollo Bay, must stay a few more days to go fishing!

Convenient location and a nice hideaway in winter.

It would have been helpful to provide a few cleaning products in the kitchen to help clean up. A poker and more kindling for the fire would be nice. We couldn't get the fire started so our stay was a bit cold. The accommodation was comfortable but lacked charm. A coat of paint and an update to fixtures would make this little place charming as opposed to a little shabby.

Amazing PENTHOUSE of two double bedroom single storey apartment at front of property, large kitchen and large larder (bring all your larder from home for convenience). Large lounge and dining area. Large bathroom with lovely spa bath.

Sound from TV not plugged into Home Cinema amplifier and 5.0 speakers. On arrival key-code entry number didn't work, phoned reception, battery dead, was replaced but number didn't work several minutes later so walked into town leaving door open.

Big and cute house! I love the spa bath!!! Super easy to check in! Staff is very nice and kind. Quiet at night. Bed was comfortable.

Tissue box was almost empty and there is only 1 and half toilet paper. No body soap. Floor was a bit dusty. There is laundry soap but no washing machine. No dishwasher. Pan is a bit too old, maybe it’s the time to change to new one.

It was a bit confusing to find the apartment, it would be a good idea to attach a map of the property. There are several apartments and we had to walk around to find ours, but did not take long. Other than that, all great!

I didnt love that only one bed was made up when we rented the entire place. Just because I booked for 2 people doesnt necessarily mean that the two will sleep in the same room and believe when you rent a place the entire place should be for use. I also didnt love that there was a door that connected directly to the grounds person below. It made me a little concerned about access to the property when I wasnt there. I also didnt like that the blind did not cover the entire window that faced the street where the balcony door was. Not very private.
