For the entire stay, meaning four nights, it was impossible to go to the hammam-sauna because it wasn't working... Don't make people pay for a spa if it is not working it is unfair. Canalisations of toilets are weak and many times we had a problem with flush, not really nice. A bit far from the city but easy to go with Uber. Finally, please put free water bottle in the room or something to be able to drink filtered bottle...

The ground floor had a spacious lobby, dining area (with great complimentary breakfast and other mealtimes), pool, steam room, gym, and patio area. The elevators were efficient and felt modern/safe. I liked that the windows could tilt open. Air conditioning in the room worked well, and the mini fridge was also very helpful. I felt the property photos were accurate.

I think the shower leaked a little bit, but we had enough towels to dry it up. Our bed felt a little smaller than expected, and friends in other rooms had a larger bed despite having made the same type of booking.

The staff was AMAZING at the hotel and went above and beyond to take care of us! I was having payment issues and they worked with me and were flexible in helping me have a place to stay. They spoke English as well. They also helped get more blankets for us when we got cold.

The food at the hotel was sub-par. Breakfast was okay but I would not recommend ordering meals. It is in a safe district but far away from any activities to do in Rio.

There is a strip mall nearby with some random shops, but besides that there is nothing close to the hotel.

Very helpful, efficient, and accommodating reception including all staff members. excellent daily breakfast included, plus recreation facilities available. Valet parking very prompt around the clock.

The stuff is nice, also the food is good. The room is quite spacious, clean. Recommend this place.
