From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. We absolutely loved the room’s stunning décor and modern aesthetic—it felt like a blend of comfort and style. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, with a special shoutout to Fernandes, whose outstanding customer service made a lasting impression on both my friend and me. The on-site restaurant was another highlight, serving some of the most delicious and exquisitely presented dishes we've ever had. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It was a truly memorable experience, and I’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

My room was very clean upon arrival and incredibly spacious. The bathroom is bright and well designed. I liked the safe for my belonging and the espresso machine. The balcony had the best view of the ocean. They have a massage therapist that comes each night and I melted on her table on my first night after my 25 hour flight! The two pools are beautiful and lined with tile and marble. Flowers abound everywhere and the property is guarded an artisan made metal fence in the form of organic flora. The restaurant serves incredible dinners and included breakfast. The drinks are excellent, I drank mostly wine. Across the street is the most pristine beach that I witnessed my entire 14 day trip. Wild horses abound in the area, especially on the weekends when Salvador clams down. I enjoyed the underground private parking, the very attentive from desk staff and house staff. The restaurant was absolutely beautiful with a green courtyard and many beautiful tables, art, an outdoor cooking staff, and a play area for children. The entry to the restaurant features an art area and museum of sorts about the original owners, so cool! I will be coming back to Casa Di Vina!

I loved everything about the place!

Very safe and lovely beach area, hotel with amazing food and great pool and facilities. Quite far from city center if you want to do tourism, about 40 min drive. Close to the airport and ideal to who wants to enjoy the beach or head to Costa Verde.

We had a weird situation when at 6:45 in the morning someone knocked and rang our door saying we had a early check out. As I reached the door, the staff person was already coming in the room with a spar key. Me and my family - including a 2 year old - were asleep and didn’t understand what was going on. The person wasn’t very apologetic and quite pushy, insisting we had to leave, so the situation was very weird. Shared it with the receptionist and despite the apologies, the hotel didn’t seem to care much. It felt unsafe and disrespectful to just burst into my room with wrong information. We hope the staff comunicate better and avoid this with other guests.

Beautifully kept; great place to relax as a family. Restaurant food for lunch and dinner were tasty and nicely presented. Swimming pools were fantastic!

We booked a family room , but there was no separate room for the kids,so we ended up with all 4 of us next to each other in the same room…that was a bit unexpected and disappointing. The kitchen in the kitchenette needs attention (it was below basic). The family room we booked supposedly was ocean view and had pool view. Because the room they assigned to us was on the ground level, our supposedly ocean front view was mostly blocked, but we addressed it with front office.

Comfortable and clean rooms, simple design, good air conditioning and WiFi, has all the amenities you need. The common areas are very nicely designed, cosy and very clean. Both pools are clean and warm with plenty of space. The restaurant offers delicious Brazilian cuisine with some Italian fusion, the cocktails are delectable - it’s a must visit when in Salvador. Breakfast buffet is great - both variety and taste. It is also very special to stay at a property with such rich history - there is memorabilia all around the hotel. The staff - 100 out of 10, very friendly and helpful employees. I had a late night flight and had to stay at the hotel all day after my checkout, I was very well taken care of and truly felt welcome. Also definitely recommend the massage, great value and very thorough.

To elevate the experience even more, I can suggest to update the shower heads in the rooms and offer a kit of toiletries, it is expected in a 4 star hotel. Also I found that the common areas are much nicer and cozier than the rooms - I would suggest making the rooms a little more homey and add the same coziness and personality.

We really had a great stay at Casa di Vina. The location of the hotel is perfect, 2 minutes away from the beach and the lighthouse, and close to the airport. The hotel is nice and clean, the breakfast and also dinner at the restaurant were very good. What we especially enjoyed was the service, we were received by Juvan, who was very friendly and competent, when we asked for help. In general the staff was very friendly and I can really recommend this place!

Some corners seemed to show a bit of damage by water but the rest was splendid!

Good breakfast, free parking garage, two swimming pools, great staff, good restaurant in the property, the ocean is across the street, this beach was immortalized by Vinícius de Moraes in the poem "Tarde em Itapoan". Vinícius built and lived in the house located at the property.

Not to be advised in advance that a suggested non mandatory charge of 10% was going to be requested upon checkout. In my case I already had left a tip in the room when I left, so I ended up leaving another 10% for the other employees.

Room was clean and comfortable. We received great service and help from all staff whenever it was needed. Beautiful and warm pool available to use.

Wifi in the apartment did not work well on the upper floor. The placement of electrical outlets in the apartment were a little inconvenient. Breakfast selection could have been larger or have more variety.

It has everything you need like a resort but without the feeling of being trapped. It is pure poetry, good music, the restaurant is fenomenal and the staff are friendly - naturally friendly. I love that the staff interacts with the guest in a super chilled way, they seem to also be having fun.

The assortment at beer in the mini fridge. The restaurant closes at 10 or 11 we went to our room and wanted to drink some more beers and chills but there were only 3 beers that. 2 of which were really bad ( devassa I think ) but this is minor didnt impact our stay.

Perfect location, beach is across street, the pool is big an beautiful view, good restaurants around the pousada, great breakfast, I loved the Vinicius de Moraes history, also the structure of hotel was think to you feel comfortable and relaxed, the room is big.

The bathroom of the breakfast area was not really clean. The blancket was thin, and the towels are cheap
