Our stay at Beach Home Lanta was absolutely perfect. The beachfront location is stunning, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Each morning, the staff tidied the beach in front of our home and served a delicious homemade breakfast right on our terrace. The family and staff who run Beach Home Lanta are incredibly kind, caring, and helpful. When our rental car was damaged by a drunk driver the night before our checkout, the owners went out of their way to support us—including helping us file a police report, contacting our rental car company, and driving us to the police station twice to resolve the issue! They spent hours and hours of their own time to help us during a very stressful time, and we’re deeply grateful for their help and compassion. Their genuine kindness and dedication are a true testament to their character.

This place is magic. The reviews are very accurate. We stayed 10 days. 5 booked through booking.com and we loved it so much we booked another 5 direct with the hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location, 10 min walk to the town centre where there are food stalls, where we had the best fried chicken of our lives lol. Also a 7/11. Beach side room, was our first room, so it’s not beach facing, but was a huge room and the terrace is actually more private than the beach facing rooms. Sunloungers still facing out on the beach and feels like your own garden area. In the room there’s a microwave, so you can buy food from the markets and heat it up. A hesky cooler so you can take beers/drinks out with you. Plates, cutlery etc. amazing. Beach front room was our second room, again big room, great aircon, big wet room bathroom, all the same facilities. Little covered terrace area where you have breakfast every morning. I can’t speak highly enough, this place is a slice of heaven. So peaceful, the beach honestly felt like our own private beach. We didn’t want to leave. We’ve since moved on to Koh Kradan, back to Lanta and now Koh Yao Noi and we are still talking about the magic of this place. It’s no frills but just heaven.

Beach Home Lanta is a small resort right on Khlong Nin Beach, a little more than half way down the west coast of Ko Lanta. The view from our room was of the ocean and the waves constantly breaking on the wide sandy beach. It was perfect for relaxing with patio seating and beach sun beds and shady umbrella provided. Good portioned breakfasts were served on the patio at the time of our choosing each morning. A small retail area is 200metres walk and several restaurants along the beach are a similar distance: we liked ‘Sea and South’. Hawa the owner and Wun at reception were wonderful hosts and great communicators. They helped us with tours and transport and attended to our needs promptly and with a smile.

The property is on the main road and traffic noise is audible, but only occasionally intrusive.

I loved my stay here and will 💯 be returning with my family next year, the rooms are all beachfront and you have your own little private sanded beach area to yourself with comfortable sun loungers, hammocks etc, then you step down on to the stunning beach in koh lanta, great for swimming and you can hear the waves at night even from inside your room, it’s such a special place. Bearable breakfast brought to your room in the morning if this is your choice to eat out on your porch which is just bliss. Lovely restaurants and bar all around and a perfect spot to explore the island. The staff are so kind and attentive and the cleaners are so kind and do a wonderful job. You have everything you need from coffee machines to cool boxes if you want to go exploring and keep your drinks cool. They have honestly thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Thankyou for your kindness to all the staff ka 🙏

The property is a couple of minutes walk to shops, massage, restaurants on the main road & right on the beach with restaurants on the beach too. Quiet beach with the most gorgeous view, even from laying in bed!! The staff work so hard and always there to assist. Nothing is too much trouble. Your choice of breakfast is served at a time of your choice on your veranda, it was gorgeous! Coffee pods & water every day. Beds a little hard but that’s just personal preference. Big spacious and clean room, bathroom adequate & huge but did need an update. WiFi & aircon decent. Comfy sunbeds just for you to use. We spent 5 nights here just enjoying the beach & local businesses. Really nice little boutiques jewellery shops & massage. Local taxis can be arranged from reception & they also did our laundry for 50 baht a kilo. It was my birthday and they did a magnificent bed display, cake & flowers. I was so humbled. Truly loved it here, people watching, swimming, sunsets & just being on the beach was wonderful. Watching flying fish, listening to the birds & the sound of the sea! Felt looked after and safe the whole time. Thankyou so much X

Only problem we had was a blocked & leaking bathroom basin. They did come straight away to unblock it but it continued to leak & was going to be fixed at some point. We just ended up putting towels down to not have floor puddles to slip on. Didn’t impact our love of the place. Staff tried their best to sort it.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very big and very clean. Every day clean towels also towels for the beach. The vieuw was lovely on the beach and looking at the sea. We had including breakfast every day the 2 ladies served the breakfast for you at front of your room. A good breakfast you can choose at 3 menu. Everyday the laughing and are so kind. The lady at the reception was also very kind and gave very good information. We come back next year. It was excellent

Location, location, location!!! Not often you have a room right on the beach and it was so nice not to have to fight for a sunbed. Setting off in bare feet to walk along the beach to one of many restaurants in the evening. Very friendly host , Hawa, who was a great help especially when we got to Phuket to find we'd left a passport behind. She packed it up and had it sent on to us. The location on Koh Lanta was also excellent. A nice beach, not too busy, but with ample shops and restaurants.

Large comfortable room with all the amenities located right on the beach. The room is equipped with coffee making machine, cool box and mat for the beach and fridge. The hotel is close to a number of great beachside restaurants and bars. We also rented scooters directly from the hotel. The staff are very friendly with good sense of humour! Would highly recommend. A group staying next to us extended their visit by an extra 5 days as they liked it so much. I wish we could have!

Great room right on the beach at a raised level with private room specific loungers, chairs, small coffee table and terrace. Fresh water showers and taps for washing off sand and salt outside the room. Large umbrella shades and towels supplied. The owner is very professional and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Such a pleasure to stay at Beach Home Lanta. All the bars and restaurants are either side with Restaurant View Tally about a minute away. The bars and restaurants mostly overlook the beach with chairs and tables on the beach where you can watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening. If you want to explore the island, or take a boat tour etc, they can organise everything in house. Makes it all so easy.

On occasion and in the evenings you can hear music from a nearby bar. It wasn't a big deal, but in some ways it can impact on the tranquility, depending on the individual. Some liked it, some were not bothered.

Everything went very well. A fantastic, spacious room, right on a beautiful white sand beach complete with our own private lounge chairs and an outside shower to keep yourself wet or wash the sand off before going inside. Bars and restaurants just a few steps away. We were only here two nights, would have liked to have stayed longer. The lady at reception was very helpful and very friendly and was one of our favourites. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice beach holiday.
