We really appreciated that we got an update and a small kitchen when we stayed! The receptionists were very helpful and friendly.The room was extremely tidy! Eventhough we stayed right next to the street street noise wasn't that bad. The location was wonderful - you don't need a car to do some shopping, get a delicious ice cream or get some food. There are a lot of great trails close. We saw a lot of eagles and a deer when we looked out of our window!:)

The walls are extremely thin and you can hear every step your neighbour is taking. Probably that is the case in a lot of motels - I would recommend to bring earplugs if you have a light sleep.

Excellent location in the heart of Ucluelet, close to many great cafes and restaurants. We had 2 apartments and they were exceptionally clean, quiet and well equipped with easy free parking. There was a view of the water and some deer even wandered through the car park! The manager was very friendly and relaxed, accommodating our very late arrival without complaint. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

As a British tea-drinking group, it would have been nice to have a kettle but that is the only improvement we can think of!!

The location of the motel is great and the view from the upper floor was great as well. There parking spaces are sufficient. The rooms are no-frills but we were outside most of the time and barely have used the room.

The booking was quite expensive for what it is but I think it's the price you have to pay for staying in Ucluelet during the season. In terms of the rooms and the appliances, there was really nothing at all we didn't like since we didn't use anything outside of the refrigerator.

The location is great, right on the main street in Ucluelet. It's near all the amenities. You can walk everywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The beds were rather uncomfortable as the mattress was too soft. My room had a carpet which I dislike but I noticed the room next to ours didn't. I was rather disappointed that everything was disposable (no reusable glasses, etc) and they don't recycle anything except cardboard, glass and cans.

Good location: motel is situated on Ucluelet's main road, with quite a few eateries and shops nearby. Room was sufficiently spacious and clean and comfortable. Hostess (Mary) was friendly and helpful - she recommended to us quite a few good restaurants with objective and useful comments.

Price for the room was quite high - but i suppose this was due to the high tourist season. The partitionings are quite thin and not really sound-proof. Fortunately our neighbours did not make much noise.

This hotel was a diamond in the rough. Staff were really friendly at check in and it seems to be a family run business. The room was fantastic, it had everything we needed and you could even see the water from our window. This is the perfect example of 'cheap and cheerful'. Plenty of parking available. Walking distance from Little Beach and a range of places to eat, though some of them close quite early or were not open the day we stayed. We will definitely be coming back to Ucluelet and we will stay here. A great option if Tofino is too expensive, we loved our stay.

There are no elevators, which wasn't an issue for us. It was only a 2 floor motel anyway. There were some roadworks on the main road right outside the hotel, but this won't be a permanent issue and would not stop us staying here again. Very quiet seaside town, but we quite enjoyed that!

location, close to areas we wanted to visit.. was nice & quiet... there was park event going on, that was fun.. local artisans selling their works.. was great..

we couldn't get 2 beds, due to it was the last room available. there was no A/C ... so was a little warm early in evening. A fan for the room would have helped with air circulation.. also didn't know restaurants closed early...lol

Just a wonderful accommodation in Ucluelet, super clean & rooms were quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was in the center of all amenities. Parking was plentiful and secure. I would definitely recommend the Pacific Rim Motel with highest recommendation for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Ucluelet.

My stay there was perfect, have no complaints.

A huge room which gave us plenty of room to open both our suitcases. A nice outlook. Walking distance to a few restaurants & cafes. Good value for money and an old fashioned but clean vibe to the motel.

A bit confusing at check-in with a receipt given to us that did not match the actual charge but in the end it was correct.

We arrived after the standard check-in time, but notified reception earlier in the day. The reception worker left a key to one of our booked rooms in the agreed location (under the mat), but left the key to our 2nd booked room inside of the locked room :) We had to wake up the night worker.
